“Perfect stay in a quiet and relaxing house!”
+Everything was just perfect! Marta & Diego were very nice and supportive during all our stay. The location was quiet and perfect for a couple. Spiaggia di Potixeddu was very close (although you need a car). Spiaggia di Piscinas a bit further but still easy accessible. I definitely recommend Ikigai!

−Next door property a building site for the whole period, industrial saws, drills etc from 8.00-20.00. 10days into our stay the owners came round with a token gift! There was no Internet until two days before we left. A totally new box was fitted. We both need the Internet for our commitments and registered malfunction on our arrival with no avail. The table and chairs were a misfit table too high for the chairs provided. The outside area was scruffy with weeds growing up through patio blocks some of which were buckled and broken potentially dangerous.

+Great location, nice modern furnishings and updated bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a great plus!
−The gate was a little too narrow to fit my rental car through for parking, but I was able to park on the road with no issues.

+V místě byl klid a soukromí, mimo město, jen pár domů kolem. Blízko pláž (autem 1,5km). Apartmán je opravdu výborně vybavený vším, co potřebujete- pračka, fén, žehlička, gril, venkovní sprcha a další. Vše je nové, vkusně zařízené a funguje to.

+De badkamer is erg mooi en nieuw. Ook keuzen en slaapkamer voldoen. Het is niet erg groot dus voor een gezin met kinderen is het te klein. De tuin is groot en strak aangelegd als je van kunstgras houdt. De buitendouche is ideaal.
−Contact opnemen met de accomodatie is uitdagend. Het contact is aan een extern bedrijf uitbesteed. Men stuurde oma met wat fruit. Erg lief, maar ze moest later terugkomen met mierenlokdozen. Overal in de plinten van het huisje wonen hele kleine miertjes. Deze maken dat je zelf elke dag staat te vegen en dwijlen, want ze laten overal hun soortgenoten en verfresten achter vanwege het graven in de muren. De voordeur kiert enorm, waardoor er telkens nieuwe mieren binnenkomen. Het huisje ziet er op de foto moderner en gelikter uit dan het is. Het is slecht afgewerkt, waardoor het uitnodigend is voor mieren. De poort is erg smal. Een brede auto kan beter buiten op de onverharde staat achtergelaten worden.
