+A hospitable welcome, goodies (delicious local cookies, crackers, mineral water, even cheese and sausage in the fridge!); all amenities are present for a comfortable stay; a special salvation in the heat of this summer were 2 air conditioners in the apartments; a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the stars at night; a supermarket right under the house; the beach is really 5 minutes walk, but be aware of the angle of the road and that you will have to cross a busy highway; a large private parking space in the yard under a canopy, which is again a great bonus in the summer heat; special gratitude for dogs friendly (bowles were also among the dishes)

+We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom looked newly renovated, and everything was spotless. One of the biggest advantages was the fenced front and back terraces, which meant our dog could safely stay outside without us having to worry. The apartment also has two air conditioning units, which made it very comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. She even brought us some snacks, which was a lovely gesture. We also appreciated that our car could be parked under a covered parking space. Our dog was welcome without any extra charge, and we are very grateful for that. The view from the terrace/balcony is absolutely AMAZING - truly beautiful. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, with well-maintained beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
−The only downside was the checkout. Although checkout is until 11:00 a.m., the grass was being mowed about an hour earlier, and we felt like we were being rushed to leave. At around 10:20 a.m., the host also rang the doorbell to check whether we had already left, while we were still inside packing our belongings. It was quite uncomfortable and made us feel rushed, so we ended up leaving as quickly as we could. I understand that there may not be much time between guests to prepare the apartment, but in that case it would be better to adjust the check-in and check-out times rather than making guests feel pressured to leave before the official checkout time.

“Exceptional”
+It is a spacious 2 bed flat, overlooking the sea, you can pleasantly enjoy the view or maybe sunrise as well. Located between Lovran and Opatia at a relatively quiet area. A big supermarket just a few steps away, the sea is 5 Minutes walk. The host lady is very kind, even prepared milk, water, ham, cheese.

+Két hatalmas, franciaàgyas hálószoba van, a hírdetésben csak 1 hálószobát ír. Kérdésemre a tulajdonos azt válaszolta, hogy nem tudja kinavítani a bookingon, olyan lehetetlen belejavítani a hírdetésbe. Szuper szállás, tengerre néző erkély minden szobához.
