+The location of this apartment is absolutely its biggest strength. It is right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just outside the door. Restaurants, bars, attractions, and even a SPAR supermarket are only a minute away, which made exploring Split incredibly easy and convenient. We also appreciated being able to check in early, and the self check in process was very simple. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We received a lovely welcome box with slippers and toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome.
−The room itself was fine, but we did experience some issues with the air quality. The room often felt stuffy, and although the host helped us with the air conditioning immediately when we contacted them, we still found it a little difficult to control and adjust the temperature properly during our stay.

+We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. The location is unbeatable,right in the heart of everything Split has to offer. Restaurants, cafes, markets, ATMs, pharmacies, and major attractions are all within a 1-3 minute walk, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We were also allowed an early check-in and a very late check-out, which is a rare level of flexibility these days and something we truly appreciated. The only thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs leading to the apartment. The stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, so carrying large luggage may be a bit challenging for some guests. That said, the incredible location, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience far outweighed this minor inconvenience. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split

+Everything was great! The welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel was a very nice touch. The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean, and the location was amazing.
−The pillows were too soft - not very supportive.

“So when can I come back?”
+I am so sad we only booked Split for 1 night and we can’t wait to come back and stay at this accommodation. Early check in availability - tick Amenities - tick (yes there was shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and iron) Everything thought of - tick Communication with the host - tick The stairs are steep but manageable.
−My only two suggestions.. The bed side lights need to be higher (I laughed at a previous review and then karma got me and I hit my head twice) A slightly heavier or additional blanket in the cooler months would be nice as the room stays cool so it got a bit chilly.

+Ideal Rooms 2 is located right in the centre of Split, just a minute away from the seafront. The room is very spacious, clean, and more comfortable than a hotel. Access is easy using a code, and the owner was always just a message away, promptly answering all my queries. I highly recommend this accommodation , excellent value for money.
