+The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable with amazing coffee and ginger biscuits and everything in the kitchen to cook with, including oil and salt. The views of the garden were beautiful

“Home away from home”
+The accomodation is even better than the pictures. Its the second time that we visit and will definately return. Accomodation is comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable down to the treats and essentials you might not have in the fridge. Feels like a home away from home.

“Exceptional accomodation”
+There were so many things to like. The view, well maintained cottage, privacy to mention a few. Not only were the instructions on how to get to the property very good, it was the small things like getting fruit juice, milk and a bottle of water in the fridge or a packet of delicious biscuits which made a great first impression.

“Warm, comfortable stay in beautiful cottage”
+Warm, comfortable self-catering cottage in beautiful surrounds. Kitchen was well-appointed and we could cook comfortably. Bryan and Lynn were very helpful with directions and gave us a very warm welcome. There were several nice little touches to make us feel at home. Beds in both bedrooms were great, shower had nice hot water and there were two heaters that kept us warm in fairly chilly weather.

+Lovely view. A real home away from home. Every eventuality was thought of and catered for.
−Directions do say first drive way to the right at top of hill, but could just mention 2 driveways RIGHT next to each other so stick to very first one. Facilities and photos cite an outdoor pool but this pool is not exclusive, it is right by the entertainment area of the main house so when they are entertaining very unlikely to use the pool which was disappointing. H

“A perfect stay in a fabulous cottage”
+An absolutely delightful cottage, set in magnificent countryside with views from the front patio. The setting is perfect, not too far from Howick and Hilton but in a quiet suburb which we exlored on daily morning walks. The cottage is spacious, clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need for a quiet stay. There is also a large swimming pool which is available to use, a real bonus when the weather is hot. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was lovely to have the welcome pack of goodies, milk, bottled water, delicious biscuits and chocolates on our arrival. Both Bryan and Lynn were friendly and accommodating hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. They live on site but the cottage is very private, they are there if you need anything. You could not ask for anything more, one of the best cottages we have stayed in. We will definitely return when we are next in this area. Thank you Bryan and Lynn for allowing us to share this piece of paradise with you.
