“Excellent”
+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Metzingen. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, the shower room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The large TV and reliable Wi-Fi were also great additions. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Metzingen and the surrounding area. Ibrahim was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always happy to help with directions or anything else I needed. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

−Das Haus war nie sauber, alles war abgenutzt und schmutzig, es sah aus wie ein Spukhaus. Als ich ankam, gingen sie nach oben. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch, dass er nur Bargeld akzeptiert; wenn er eine Rechnung verlangt, erstellt er diese mit Microsoft Word.

+We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything we needed was provided, and the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. We really appreciated how well everything was organized and taken care of. The host was also very kind and helpful, always answering our questions and helping us whenever we needed something. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Good value for money and a perfect stay for just a night”

+Das es sehr zentral in der Stadt war mit einem freien Parkplatz...und wir ihn am Anreise Tag sowie am Abreise Tag nutzen konnten...

“Sehr enttäuschend!”
+Positiv ist wirklich nur die Nähe zu den Geschäften.
−Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war nicht gerade optimal, sehr staubig und der Boden klebte teilweise. In der Küche gab es keine Gläser und der Topf war noch sehr verschmutzt. Generell täuschen die Bilder über den Zustand der Wohnung hinweg. Das WLAN funktionierte leider auch nicht und der Fernseher funktioniert leider nur damit (kein SAT- oder Kabelanschluss). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, konnte meine Beschwerden aber nicht nachvollziehen. Man hätte sich mit jeden Problem an ihn wenden können, als hätte man als Mieter nichts anderes zutun.

−Een handdoek voor vijf personen was wat weinig, maar we gaan er vanuit dat dat een foutje was.
