“Good apartment in great location with a lovely host”
+The location was really great, with everything within easy reach. The apartment had lovely decor and was a good size, with plenty of space for our stay. The owner was also lovely, friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything. We had an issue and she came down within 15 minutes and sorted it for us. Tv with Netflix/youtube etc was a great feature. Soundproofing from outside was really good. Clean apartment
−The main issue was the heavy noise from the apartment upstairs and across the hall, particularly at night, which made it very difficult to sleep in the bedroom. The soundproofing from outside was great but could hear every step and word spoken upstairs. We ended up using the sofa bed in the living room which was annoying and unfortunately the sofa bed itself was extremely creaky and made noise whenever we moved, which also made it difficult to sleep. We are light sleepers so may be just us but was really unbearable at times. There were also some minor cleanliness issues but probably just needs a deep clean - nothing major

+Apartment was situated in a great location, walking distance to everything. It was clean also
−The view was overlooking a carpark where there was construction at 6am, very loud, could hear the men talking. The shower also soaked the bathroom floor when used

“Ideal location”
+The location of the flat was ideal, it was a short walk into town where all of supermarkets, shops and restaurants were. And very short taxi ride to local beaches
−Nothing major but could do with a few more utensils for cooking!

“Great location, Great stay, comfortable, affordable if you want to see Split and all its sights.”
+Great location! Central area for Split Old Town. Walking distance to most areas of Old Town, harbour and promenade. Air conditioning, comfortable king size bed. Cooking facilities for snacks and basic meals. Supermarket, cafe, bars nearby was a bonus. Literally less than 100m away, no noise from any of the bars or cafes. Apartment is a good enough size for a couple.
−Unfortunately Our apartment was next to carpark, so view not the best but we were out most of the day/evening so didn’t mind. But there were Daily visits by dustmen at 5:45am to empty bins next to carpark. So can disrupt your lie in. Shower-head could do with replacing and water pressure checking.

“Convenient location and good hosts who responded quickly.”
+Good location to walk everywhere within minutes. We had an issue with the shower drain and they came and fixed it quickly, which we were very thankful for.
−There was only ac in the one bedroom (we had the larger apartment with the sofa bed). The first night was very hot for the kids on the sofa bed. The ac was able to cool the whole place eventually. Would be nice to have some shampoo/conditioner in the shower.
