−The owner didn't send us the instructions for accessing the apartment, and nobody was there despite the apartment's page saying that someone would be. We had to literally run through the city to make it to the address before 18:00 (to avoid the late fee), but there was no point - in the end, after having to find the owner's Whatsapp (they weren't answering via Booking chat), the keys were in a box next to the door. As for the apartment itself, the bathroom was incredibly uncomfortable to use, especially without any slippers provided. Not having a real window is also a minus. The freezer barely had space - it was full of frost, and the fridge was missing the bar for the bottle holder shelf, making it impossible to use. In the end, I don't recommend staying in this apartment for more than 1-2 nights, despite its good location.

“Not a bad stay, but not great either.”
+The unit is quite small but functional. The location is the key thing, within walking distance of the city Centre. The bed seemed stiff, but I slept well enough on it so this was not an issue at all. Lara, the host was great and really helpful and professional. Made the check-in process very easy and straight forward. Helped me with questions such as how to buy bus tickets etc.
−I was alone in the unit and it was just about ok... 2 people and it might be very very tight. There is a very small TV that is fixed very high up... no English channels... may as well not be there. The windows open up to an inward facing service area. No view apart from being able to look directly into your neighbor's window which is 2m away. So you either have privacy or natural light but not both at the same time. The building dividing walls are wafer thin. If you have a noisy neighbors you will not sleep well. I could hear conversations very clearly. The one time a guy was on his phone using the speaker function... I could still hear both sides of the conversation! Carry ear plugs!

“Great location, but low comfort.”
+Great location, quiet street, close to a lot the Duomo and Santa Croce. The flat is really small but enough for 2people or a single traveller. Diana was a helpful host recommended some really good restaurants.
−The bed was really uncomfortable, could barely sleep as it was also very noisy. The fridge was leaking a bit, which I didn't mind but if it was mine I would replace it as it could consume a hell lot of energy.
