8.0“Good location and spacious unit, only a few minor problems however would recommend.”
+Kitchen, dining and lounge were all little separate areas. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for 3 adults. Parking was good and at no extra charge.
−Oven didn’t work however we got an air fryer delivered by the owner instead which was great. Smoking from unit below, had to keep doors closed as they were chain smokers hence the smell made it uncomfortable at times. Unfortunately there was no rule that said they couldn’t smoke, only our unit was non smoking. TV was an older model so HDMI wouldn’t work and it wouldn’t connect iPhone or computer via Bluetooth, so we just logged into Netflix.

9.0“Very comfortable stay, thank you.”
+Very comfortable and clean. Tea, coffee and a carton of milk upon arrival. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds and furniture! Also, we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the park. Not too close to CBD, hence more quiet. Easy access for Uber drivers. They didn't take long to get there! Bus stop down the road.
−The single bedroom doesn't have a door. It has a sliding screen instead. The roller blind in single room seems a bit loose. Needs a bit of attention.

8.0“Great base for exploring Adelaide and surrounds with friends”
+great location next to Coopers Alehouse and walking distance to CBD/Adelaide Markets as well as proximity to Hutt Street Cafes restaurants. Two Mid size IGA neighborhood stores in Hutt St nearby.
−Apartment is sparsely furnished and not designed for anyone to actually spend time and relax there. I am saying this in the context that we were there for a week.

8.0+It was clean and beds comfortable. The large complex was very quiet. I didn't think anyone lived here. The lounge was very comfortable, and it was nice to sit outside.
−I dislike that the 3rd bedroom had a single bed that was extremely high off the ground. I wouldn't put a young child in that bed. Could do with a normal king single bed. I didn't find any coffee, sugar. Yes, tea and a few coffee podes.

2.0+The kitchen was useful, and it was nice to have a view outside from the balcony.
−The smell of cigarette smoke from nearby residents continues 24/7. Unless you carefully read every part of the contract, you may still be charged for items that are placed in the room or described as available to use, because the fees are mentioned elsewhere. Later, you may receive unexpectedly high charges, and even after negotiating, they still insist on payment. It is not worth the price. Although it is located in the city, access to supermarkets and restaurants is inconvenient - there are only a few buses, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. I chose this place because of the good reviews, but the actual service was completely different from what I expected.

7.0“Great location but really only 2+ bedrooms.”
+Location was good. Amenities fine.
−The 'third bedroom' is small and does not accommodate 2 people comfortably as advertised. Overpriced as really only a 2+ bedroom apartment.

7.0+The location was great.
−Having to clean the ensuite as the toilet and toilet floor were not clean and no bath matt for the shower.

7.0−The third bedroom is very small to accommodate 2 single beds and when booking it was not clear that the 2nd single bed was a trundle.

9.0“Well pleased.”
+Excellent location and facilities
−Typical Australian draughtiness. Hard to get away from that.
