“It is a wonderful site and I will definnitely book again next year.”
+The staff was responsive, communicative and pleasant to talk to. The cabin was clean well equipped and comfortable. I enjoyed the rustic feel to the 1-bedroom cabin with loft and the view of the river was excellent.
−There was an issue with a field mouse one night and the split unit high on the wall outside the bedroom was very noisy and I had to shut the heat off or it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I also had an issue where the WIFI stopped working for a few hours. I was able to get by with tethering to my phone.

+It was a good size. The staff we interacted with were also very pleasant and helpful.
−There was stuff left from previous stays, used underwear and trash. Half the bedding provided for us was either dirty or stained hard to tell. There was no where to put our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases the whole trip. We took cold showers bc the hot water didn't last for more than 5 mins, we had 6 people in our group. Shower was small so it surprised us that the curtain didn't fit across and we were constantly mopping up puddles. We've stayed here in the past and loved it, hoping this was just a one off.

“the cabin being on the water was nice but the pictures were misleading and cabin was dirty”

−The beds were horrible, we arrived 30 minutes early and they wouldn't allow us to check in because they send they were cleaning but when we got to our cabin there was sand on the living room floor and when we went to pull out the sofa bed it was full of sand and there was stuff on the mattress. the "beach" area was more like a puddle and 2 of the 3 remotes for the tv's didn't work

“Safe and clean”
−Sensor lights at the cabin would be helpful. IT is hard to see when walking from car parking at nightime.

−All the lies Picture show a 4 burner stove I get there I’m told I get a 2 burner stove. Pictures shows a French door styled fridge I get there I’m told I get a top freezer fridge. The pictures clear show a real house I’m told I get a cabin. The staff followed out to my car after they told me for some reason I didn’t pay even though their system isn’t suppose to allow reservations without pre payment. Never once got anything saying from them before hand I’d owe money when I arrived. On top of the $500+ they wanted another $180 I was never told about. I went out to my car crying and a staff member followed me saying I could get someone to front me the money all I said was I don’t know anyone who would front me the now $600+ cause of a problem in their system.
