“Great stay in the center of Rome”
+The location and the price were great
−The facilities didn't match the description. There was no microwave, coffee machine, kettle, iron or ironing facilities and no soda bed

−The apartment lacked all basic necessities. There was no coffee machine, no kettle to boil water for coffee or tea, no iron - which is essential especially when traveling with suitcases and wrinkled clothes. When I asked the host for a kettle, I was told to boil water in a pot. They said they would bring one but never did. Boiling water in a pot gave it a very unpleasant taste, making it undrinkable. There were no essentials such as detergent, shampoo, or even drinking water available in the apartment. After a long journey, arriving to find not even a bottle of water was very disappointing. The only positive aspect was the apartment’s location, but overall, it was not a comfortable stay. Additionally, although I kept the host politely informed of my location during check-in, as they had said they would wait for me at the apartment, I ended up waiting at the door for almost 30 minutes after arrival - despite updating them step-by-step about my estimated arrival time.

+Great location for what we wanted to visit and good value for money
−No Moka pot in the room, host did offer to bring us one the following morning but we declined the offer as we were leaving very early the second morning and would not have had time to use it. Also, no detachable element to the shower.

“Small, cute, true Italian apartment”
+Great location close to everything! The host was great: communication is outstanding, very hospitable, cared for our comfort and well being. We stayed at apartment at the beginning of the trip and will be back for few nights at the end of trip. Highly recommend

“lovely place!”
+fabulous location near Termini rail station,great connections with buses,trains etc, alot of restaurants and cafés in the area. Air conditioning in flat,decent size,good and comfy bed, host was very friendly and helpful, lovely old fashioned building in good district.
−flat was very boho and cool vibes,but it could use a lick of paint to spruce it up,otherwise really no complaints and if we ever visit Rome again, would definitely stay there again!
