“A spacious, well-equipped and cosy apartment with a lovely private garden in a great location we had a wonderful stay!”
+We loved everything about this property! The apartment was spacious, two separate rooms, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a gas stove and a washing machine. The small private garden was a lovely bonus perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The location was also great, close to the boulevard ring. we especially enjoyed seeing all the lovely cats in the neighbourhood.

+A private house practically in the city center - a great location. The house is spacious - there were six of us, and we all felt comfortable. The hosts were hospitable and greeted us personally. Everything met our expectations. The price matches the service provided.
−The house has its own garden. It's a shame it's abandoned, but that doesn't affect your stay.

+Close to city centre. Spacious and comfortable. Private entrance with garden. Very helpful Host!! On time to deliver and pickup the keys and very polite. The property is better than in pictures
−The neighbors were knocking after 10pm if they heard music.

“Vi er tilfreds med opholdet.”
+Vi var 5 voksne og blev der i 3 nætter og ligheden var meget ren. Store soveværelser og udendørs tresse med bord. 10 minutter gang til centrum. supermarked var ikke så langt fra boligen. Alle udstyre i ligeligheden er OK.
−Taxa kan ikke komme til boligen da den ligger i et lukket område. Vi var nødt til at slave alle vore kufferter hele vejen til boligen fra hovedvej. Haven var ikke velholdt, men det betød ikke noget. Hvis udsigt er vigtigt for dig så skal du ikke vælge denne bolig.

+Очень чистый, уютный дом. Все условия. Хозяева приветливые люди. Постельное белье чистое. Есть необходимая посуда и стиральная машина. Расположение очень удобно. Пешком до основных достопримечательностей 10-15 минут. На такси 5 минут. Все супер

“性价比高”
+房间位置优秀，在最中心位置，步行到景点很方便，虽处闹市，但是因为在小区内，很安静，房子是独立一幢，面积很大，两卧房独立，客厅搭了沙发床还很宽敞，坐着聊天舒服，走廊上还有一架钢琴，虽然有几个健音不太准，但不妨碍娱乐一下，房子周边夜生活丰富，吃饭、听歌、喝咖啡、小孩游乐应有尽有。
−车子进出不方便，每次进出都需要打电话，对于语言不太好的是一个挑战。

−Das Bett war nicht bequem. Im Bad gab es keinen Abzieher für das Wasser nach dem Duschen. Dadurch bestand Rutschgefahr.

+Hezký, prosvětlený a klimatizovaný byt. Poblíž je 24/7 market, kde je možné vše nakoupit, nebo směnit i peníze. Centrum v docházkové vzdálenosti. Vstřícný majitel. Doporučuji.

“Уголок спокойствия в центре Еревана”
+Большой хороший дом в очень тихом месте, но совсем недалеко от центра, есть всё необходимое. Есть газовая плита и газовое отопление. Есть стиральная машина. Большая гостиная позволяет спокойно собраться вечером за просмотром любимого фильма. Веранда позволяет вечером побыть на улице. Есть свой ухоженный полисад. Хозяин очень радушный и приветливый (Сако, барев дзес!). Есть место для бесплатной парковки. Напротив есть автомойка.
−С одной стороны есть сосед, который после 23 нам постучал в стенку, когда мы негромко семьёй смотрели фильм.
