+This property is excellent choice for family as it has several rooms. You can cook, there is a refrigerator to store foods. Shower room and bidet toilets are top notch! Subway station is literally under the building for easy commute to Namba! I am definitely going to stay here again if i need a place in Osaka!
−I wish there are some dark curtains in the master bedroom and instruction on how to dispose combustible garbage if someone stays longer.

+We could take the lift to the 5th floor Property was one level and had 2 bathrooms Washer, dryer and clothesline were extremely useful Very close proximity to train station Shops and restaurants also nearby Host was responsive to any questions Property met our basic needs and more

“Great place for a family, clean, big, friendly but bring eye masks.”
+The place is big, clean and has a very nice vibe to it. 3 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bathtub, 6 single beds and one big double. Super easy access (1 mn to subway and around 20mns to Namba). Convenience store 24h/7 2 mins away. Dominos 7mns away and a couple of local restaurants nearby. It is really great for a big family. The aircon works really well, toilets and shower are new/like new, and there’s also a laundry machine and a dryer.
−The only thing I regret is that the blinds in none of the rooms are actually sufficient. At 5am, the rooms are fully lit from the light coming from outside. I am very sorry to complain about it because I really loved the place and it was a problem for us. For travelers who don’t mind sleeping with eye masks, I strongly suggest to bring some with them.

+家族5人で泊まりましたがとても広く、快適でした。 501号室はビル最上階で、テラスにも出れますし、まるで社長宅のようでした。 【リビング(ラウンジ)】 玄関から入るとすぐリビング。連続している吹き抜け空間で、開放感がありました。採光も取れるように窓ガラスもついているので、電気をつけなくても昼間はそれなりに明るいですし、 8人座れる円卓テーブル＆椅子もあり、ゆったり座れました。キッチン設備も同じ空間にあるので、調理したものをすぐ置けるのも良かったです。ベビー用品はないです。 【キッチン】 IHが付いているので、火の心配がなく、ファミリーにとっては安心できました。また、人数分の500mlペットボトルが用意されており、おもてなしを感じました。炊飯器、鍋、フライパン、ざる、ボウルなど一般家庭で使うようなものはほぼ揃っています。カトラリーは、大型ガラス家具の引き出しに十分に用意されていましたので、宿泊して調理をする側からすると安心感があります。 【ベッドルーム】 扉や窓ガラス、壁にはドラえもんキャラクターの絵やステッカーが貼ってあり、シーツもキャラクター(ドラえもんとピカチュウ)のシーツだったので、子どもたちは大喜びして色んな絵やステッカーを探し回っていました。部屋数は、 1.メインベッドルーム(クイーン？キング？サイズ) 2.のび太ルーム(シングル2ベッド) 3.ピカチュウルーム(シングル2ベッド) に加えて屋上(屋根裏部屋。シングル2ベッド)もあったので、全部で4部屋ありました。秘密基地みたいでとてもワクワクしました。 【洗濯機】 縦型洗濯機(7kg)と乾燥機(5kg)も1台ずつあって、すぐ乾くので、大変助かりました。粉洗剤も用意されていたので、本当にありがたかったです。 【浴室】 180cmの大人でも足を伸ばしてゆっくり入れる浴槽でしたし、綺麗に掃除されていたので、快適でした。同じ浴室内にガラス張りのシャワー室もあるので、朝風呂にはとても楽にシャワーをあびれます。 シャンプー＆コンディショナー＆ボディソープはPOLA製のもので、リッチな気分を味わえました。その他に、メインベッドルームの部屋にもシャワールームが2つあるので、大人数でも他の人を待つことなくお風呂にはいれます。
−部屋が広いので、中々細かいところまでの掃除は完璧とは言えませんでしたが、価格と快適さを考えれば、十分すぎると思います。相当神経質な人はやめたほうがいいかもなーと思います。 あと、海外の作りのように、床がタイルだったのですが、室内は土足厳禁でした。框がないので、土足と室内履きの境界がない点が、少し戸惑いました。

“适合4人以上的团队住，出行便利”
+房间布置合理，使用很方便，特别是浴室和厕所，离地铁站很近，出行非常方便，唯一的一个不足就是有一间卧室是在楼上，年纪大的上去很不方便，还好我们这次有个年轻的，她一个人住在上面还可以，就是上厕所不太方便，总的来说，很棒👍

“Экономно и рядом с метро”
+Отличное жильё в Осаке. До Намбы 20-30 минут на метро с учётом пешком. За такую стоимость такое годится! Заняли все 3 комнаты и везде было очень комфортно. Отличное место для общих посиделок. Заселение понятное и простое. Метро буквально под носом
−Если бы было хоть чуть-чуть ближе к Намбе, было бы идеально, в остальном всё супер!
