+Good location, right in the city center, inexpensive.
−Poor communication with the owner. Up until the time of my departure, I had received no information on how to collect the keys or whether I could arrive around midnight. Prior to that, the owner did not answer phone calls, nor did he respond to emails or text messages. It wasn't until around 10:00 PM that he sent a message in Italian, after which it was possible to communicate with him in Italian via WhatsApp. The property is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Upon arrival, we found bed linen, as well as dirty towels that smelled of chlorine, inside the dryer. There were no clean towels laid out on the beds, as shown in the photos.

+They are scammer, after we have paid on booking.com online, When we arrived at place to stay around their property the told us "The booking is canceled", imagine going to the property location at night with a heavy rain at time. The own didn't pick a phone, just write us the reservation is canceled on WhatsApp. The money I have paid online still didn't refund to my account. Please DON'T STAY THERE THERE YOU WILL REGRET.

−They did not answered to any booking requests, nor to whatapp requests. When we had a broken pipe in the bathroom and the floor was slippery and they said that they will send the plumber, but that didn’t happen! From the small flood the paint was dripping on the wall and sealing! Of course that my request of an invoice was totally ignored! Power outlets without cover or not fixed in the sockets The furniture is old and burned from cigarettes and in one room it was a water heater that was covered with a blanket what was noisy. Nothing looked like in the pictures! But despite everything, we had a good rest!

−Bed sheets were unclean all yellow marks in ALL BEDS we nicely asked the owner they promised to change but nothing, for city tax despite Clearly stating we were 2 and it was mentioned in the booking they asked us money for 4 and we had to confront them directly with facts,

−Praticamente tutto. A partire dalla maleducazione e strafottenza della “proprietaria” dove non ti lascia respirare finché non le mandi la tassa di soggiorno. Mi ha letteralmente martellata già prima di mettere piede dentro la struttura. Piena zeppa di problemi la struttura. Partiamo dal presupposto che mi scrive poche ore prima inventando la scusa che avevano avuto un problema a e la struttura sarebbe stata un’altra. Arrivati, zona spaccanapoli, non c’era niente di funzionante se non il condizionatore dove devi pure ricordarti di svuotare la tanica di condensa. Vuoi un caffè? Impossibile. Frog con pezzi mancanti e letteralmente lercia, zozza è incrostata. Vuoi lavarti? Impossibile. Lo scaldabagno non funziona. L’ho fatto presente alla ragazza e se n’è letteralmente lavata le mani. Vuoi alzare la persiana in camera? Impossibile. Vuoi abbassare quella in cucina per il troppo sole? Impossibile perché è spezzata la corda a metà. Vuoi fare un bidet? Impossibile perché è scollato dal pavimento. Vuoi avere la privacy in bagno? Impossibile. Non esiste una porta se non una a soffietto rotta e a pezzi dove la devi appoggiare manualmente contro l’infisso. Piastrelle rotte. Fornelli non funzio

+Sicuramente posizione ottima e centrale.
−Ho prenotato questo appartamento che a suo dire avrebbe 2 camere da letto. In realtà si trovano letti proprio all'entrata, in cucina diciamo..e al piano di sopra si trova una camera da letto(senza neanche una porta)con bagno. Lo scarico del bagno a malapena faceva uscire acqua, ma per fortuna abbiamo trovato un secchio da riempire per poter scaricare.. C'è la vasca da bagno, che però non ha il tappo😅 Diciamo che oltre alla posizione, non trovo altri vantaggi per soggiornare qui.. Basterebbe un po di cura.. E magari anche la gentilezza💪

−pessimi, mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione la mattina del mio arrivo a napoli arrecando a me e alla mia famiglia disagi. abbiamo perso la prenotazione del parcheggio che avevamo, per i due giorni, spostandoci ad Ercolano in una struttura di amici che si è dimostrata subito disponibile nonostante fosse 1 maggio. insomma vero che è economica ma è poco professionale. consiglio di lasciar perdere e cercare altro. Aggiornamento: dopo oltre un mese dal pagamento e l’aver fatto la segnalazione a Booking che il rimborso non mi era ancora arrivato(data 18 maggio) . Il titolare pare abbia comunicato che noi avevamo alloggiato( falso) volendo probabilmente intascarsi il pagamento …insomma traete voi le conclusioni. Fortunatamente Booking ha creduto a me/noi ….volevo proprio vedere come questo personaggio doveva dimostrare la sua tesi. Spero venga segnalato e bannato da Booking
