+Great location. Loved having both the washer and dryer, and the little outdoor area was a nice addition.
−A couple of stains on the bedding, and the hot water ran out after one shower which was a little frustrating after a long day.

+Very clean and spacious! Modern amenities in an updated apartment. Very cool and minimalist vibe. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very unique and private balcony… We drank wine outside and listened to the sounds of Italy!

+Location was perfect. Close to everything and even a little coffee shop across the street and an excellent restaurant next door. Apartment was equipped with all we needed. Having a washer AND dryer was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

“A modern gem in an old city”
+The apartment was perfectly located for us, less than 15 minutes by foot from the main station and right in the heart of Florence. Yari accepted our last-minute booking and met us promptly for check-in...and even helped us with our bags. A very secure property, we actually left the pram downstairs near the entrance of this magnificent Renaissance style building. For a short stay, the place is perfect. Even a long stay would be fine, especially if you plan to eat out all the time. We actually had breakfast at home before checking out, and the recommendation Yari gave for dinner was the best meal we had in Florence. The bedroom itself is spacious, and the pull-out bed for the kids was very comfortable for them. The bathroom is slightly narrow but has everything you need...including a perfect shower. This was the second place that we stayed in in Florence. It had very stylish modern fittings and was clean and felt new. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

“Fabulous location clean and newly renovated.”
+Most important features of a stay met- amazing location, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, great air conditioning, good pressure shower, everything worked. Good communication with host who met us on arrival and assisted with luggage up a flight of stairs. Being summer we ventured out early then came back to rest and recover before sightseeing in the afternoon. Supermarket cafes dining all close by. Washing machine dryer a bonus for catching up on washing. I stayed with my daughter we each had a bed. Not a full kitchen but with so many x heap options near by for dinner we wouldn’t have used it. Toaster kettle and coffee maker we used for breakfast and lunch.
