+We really liked the spacious and clean house. Nice kitchen and living rooms. Large kids room and bedroom too.
−Garbage needs to be disposed a bit away. Not directly at the houses facilities. No problem with a car though. Wifi coverage on upper floors could be improved. 😉

+Location was great and lots of toys for the kids to play with. Really modern furniture and well equipped. It is super close to the beach and shops(supermarket, bakeries)
−No toilet in the upper Bathroom. The steep stairs could be dangerous for smaller kids.

+Spacious house on a quiet street , about 7 min walk from the beach and 28min drive from Bruges. Everything was great , 3 storey house with everything you need for a family vacation.

+Modern and recently renovated house, a very complete set of facilities including a fully equipped kitchen, huge amount of kids toys, private parking in the front garden, etc. A welcome gift of a sparkling wine :) Very friendly communication. We were allowed to check out late.
−House isolation and heating on upper floors are outdated and not working or not heating properly. For example, the heating in the bedroom on the 2nd floor did not manage to heat the room and it was cold (with about 0 outside). The lights on the 2nd and 3rd floor are dim and not enough lumen. On the ground floor, the floor heating works perfectly.

“Angenehmer Aufenthalt”
+Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen Autostellplatz und eine helle, relativ neue und unfassende Einrichtung/Austattung und generell sehr groß und geräumig. Sogar ein kleiner Garten und Terrasse sind dabei. Unsere Kinder waren von den ganzen Spielsachen und dem Hochbett total begeistert. Es war alles sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos. Es sind fußläufig Spielplätze erreichbar und auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Zur Küstentram-Station und zum Strand sind es ca. 700-800 Meter. Grundsätzlich gut machbar, mit kleineren Kindern und Gepäck, wie Strandmuschel und Co. manchmal doch etwas weit, aber es gab am Strand auch günstige Parkplätze.
−Das ist echt Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch ein paar Negativpunkte: Mit kleinen Kindern sind die engen steilen Treppen eine kleine Herausforderung. Im Kinderschlafzimmer ist es wegen des Lichtbandes an der Zimmertüre ziemlich hell, wenn man Kinder hat, die vor 21 Uhr ins Bett gehen und es gerne dunkel brauchen,muss man sich behelfen. Wir haben dann die Türe mit einem Handtuch verdunkelt. Der Hund vom Nachbarn hat während unseres Aufenthalts von 2 Wochen leider jeden Tag sehr lange, oft stundenlang gebellt, auch spät abends. Aber das ist vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme gewesen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen, wären mehr Handtücher zum Wechseln gut und eventuell ein paar Handtuchhalter ;-) Rundrum ist leider in Mariakerke wenig geboten. Es gibt keine Geschäfte zum Bummeln oder schöne Cafés. Dazu muss man dann direkt nach Oostende gehen.

+Zeer ruim huis. Al het nodige was aanwezig. Leuk dat er zoveel speelgoed voor de kleinkinderen was. Parking voor de deur.
