+Perfect location if you need to be quickly at the airport. Clean and spacious, would be nice to have a view into the landscape from the hot tub.

“I travel a lot, but this accommodation was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in”

−Unfortunately, our experience with this accommodation was very disappointing - and the way our complaint was handled afterwards made it even worse. There were several issues regarding cleanliness and the general standard of the accommodation. Among other things, the kitchen was not properly cleaned, food from previous guests had been left in the fridge, the bed linen was damaged…. these are some of the points we criticised. These were not the standards we expected from accommodation that is professionally rented out to paying guests. We raised these concerns and requested a refund, which the property refused. What disappointed us most, however, was the response we received afterwards. Instead of dealing with our concerns professionally, the owner tried to minimise them and even suggested that our complaint might simply be a “classic last day of the trip angry feeling”. We found this comment extremely dismissive and inappropriate. Even more concerning, the owner claimed to have spoken to both of us during our stay and stated that we had said everything was fine and that we were satisfied. “Loved our stay, the pictures of the accomodation didn’t do it justice.”
+The accommodation was really well kept, we stayed 4 nights, it’s clean and the beds are comfortable and fitted with modern furniture and decor. It is currently a very quiet area. The view is amazing. They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which was a major plus. There was 8 of us in total, 2 families. 3 rooms (1 room with a double bed and bunk bed and a cot if needed, 2 rooms with twin beds). Bonus supermarket and other shops were about 10 minutes drive away, close to the airport (15 mins) and blue lagoon (20 mins). The hot tub and Sauna was a big plus. The owner was welcoming and answered any questions really quickly through the booking chat. Thanks again for an amazing stay.
−Mentioned a couple of small suggestions to the owner which was well received, for example, having extra hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms to hang towels, extra bowls etc, but these are just minor things that didn’t ruin our stay at all.

+客厅真的超级大，适合家庭还有多人出游。房间也很舒适，热水充足。厨房也很大，工具很齐全。
−客厅里的自动贩卖机会间隔持续地发出机器的噪音，睡觉的邻近两个房间听的一清二楚，被吵醒多次。这个体验导致睡眠很差。
