“This was the perfect place during our time in Dubrovnik. We highly, highly recommend.”
+This was an absolutely beautiful home. The views were incredible, the host was so nice, it was very clean, and the arranged airport transportation made our arrival SO easy. We loved our stay.
−While it was not a problem for us - this home is a 10-15 minute walk up many stairs. It made for an incredible view, but we could see this being difficult for some people.

+The location-very close to the Old Town. Well thought through design, with lovely layout and an amazing view. The attention to detail in the design and furnishing process. Very well equipped. Peaceful. Lovely, welcoming, helpful and accommodating host.
−The mattress was too firm for me.

+Loved absolutely everything! Well… maybe except the stairs all over Dubrovnik 😂😂… just kidding 😉 Seriously loved everything about Dubrovnik and everything about the property! Beautiful place with amazing views! Peaceful, quiet and private. Very specious, bright and beautiful modern design. The owner/host Mare very friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful. Absolute gem of a lady. Also need to mention the owner’s lovely daughter Lucija who did airport pick up. Had an amazing time. Loved everything and definitely would recommend 🙌❤️

+Beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean property in a peaceful location while still being within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town. The private atmosphere made for a relaxing stay, and the hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout. It was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.
−Very little to fault. The walk back from the Old Town is uphill in places, but that’s part of Dubrovnik and worth keeping in mind when booking.

“Lovely house in quiet location a short distance from the crowds of Dubrovnik”
+We had good communication prior to arriving, friendly on arrival explaining everything. The house was recently built and is set within the garden of the owners. There are separate air conditioning units for up and down stairs. The view is lovely, though to have that view there are a lot of steps down to the old town of Dubrovnik that takes approximately 12 minutes downtown but a bit longer climbing the steps, various different routes are available though. The house kitchen area is equipped with dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pans, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle. There is a sitting area with a television. Up the open wooden stairs is the bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower with a great view of the fort. Also here is the washing machine, there is hanging space and storage space. Beware that any dropping off and pick up point for transport for the house is either up or down the steps, there is no close access. In all the perfect place to be in Dubrovnik, quiet and in. A residential area, with a bakery, bar/restaurant and supermarket nearby.

“It is a beautiful house with an amazing view. We had a great time staying there.”
+A beautiful house, spotlessly clean with lovely kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a stunning view. Bed is very comfortable which is important to any traveller. Host is very accommodating with early check-in as our flight arrived in the morning and stored our bags for an evening ferry departure.
−The floating staircase to the upstair bedroom and bathroom is steep with no railing. As I have an injured knee so was feeling very nervous going up and down without any support. It’s not suitable for someone with less mobility.
