+Good position to access Quay, shops, & bus station
−Very noisy outside late at night with people gathering outside and talking. Not very good instructions re parking.

−Nice spacious apartment...cleaner needed to do a better cleaning job bed sheets and towels were excellent...carpet needed a good hoovering...they did come back in to hoover ect after showing staff the photos....think hoover was broken!!...lovely staff at office..apartment is lovely thou..good place to be ..monkey world not far and an excellent day out their ..boat trip around island'swould fully recommend all of it ....have fun

+Excellent communication & customer service from Quay holidays, prior to our arrival, once we had arrived & on departure. The rooms were very spacious, the apartment was furnished to a high standard. Kitchen & bathrooms had everything we needed. Nice gesture of biscuits, snacks, milk sticks, oh and a lovely surprise, bottle of chilled wine in the fridge. Thank you. Reassuring to have a secure parking space, making access, unloading & loading so much easier than a multi-story car park or on the road. Despite being woken by noise outside in the high street, the beds were really comfortable, making it easier to go back to sleep! The towels were super white & fluffy! Nice to have clean tea towels, dishcloth, bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, as well as tablets for the dishwasher & washing machine.
−It was unfortunate that on both the nights, Fri & Sat that we stayed, late night revelers, I'm guessing a little worst for drink, woke us in the early hours, either singing, shouting or just talking exceptionally loudly. Then unfortunately to be woken again, early Sat morning with what sounded like a group near Sainsbury's arguing & using a lot of foul language. This we could hear, even with the windows closed. The main bedroom floorboards creaked really badly & I felt for the the people possibly below us. The ensuite shower door also needs some attention, it was difficult to close when showering without pulling the door really hard. There was a constant noise coming from the 1st cupboard when you enter the apartment, this increased when you turned the light on in the main bathroom. The freezer is heavily frosted, making it difficult to open the draws. Some of this feedback I realize is out of the control of Quay holidays & having stayed in another apartment previously, although on floor 9 where we had an amazing stay, fantastic views & heard nothing from the high street, so possibly we were just very unfortunate. It wouldn't stop us returning, but possibly not to stay in this apar

“A luxury break right in the centre of the action. Park the car and forget it!”
+Location was excellent. We were right in the middle of all the action, close to the Quay yet it was quiet with the windows shut. The flat was spotless. It felt and looked very luxurious. We had everything we needed, even down to the welcome pack of goodies and practical bin bags and washing up liquid etc. There was even wine in the fridge! We loved the view and sitting on the balcony when the sun came out. Parking was convenient and secure. We felt very safe.
−Maintenance issues which have been reported. Even though it looks great the sofa is obviously old and some bits of the frame are hard to sit on, which could be fixed with a bit of re-upholstery. We boiled under the thinnest duvet, even though it was cool at night. Blankets or a thinner alternative would be helpful.

+Great location for the harbour, bars and restaurants. Good secure parking.
−Quite a noisy area (until early hours of the morning) lots of shouting/swearing from bars/restaurants opposite. Apartment starting to look a little tired (kitchen especially).
