−Not very clean, kitchen kettle was flagged as broken and we got told it would be replaced but wasnt, something jammed in plug socket in bedroom. The lady who met us with keys couldn't speak English, but demanded cash deposit, we normally pay via a Visa card. We had only just got our feet in the door. The whole apartment other than the upstairs bathroom needs updating .

“Awful.”

−There was damp all over the walls from what i was told was a previous leak. However turns out when we arrived the leak was still present. The hallway flooded with water from a drip. We had no electricity the entire weekend. Didn’t get to spend any time in the apartment due to this. The fuse box was full of water. We were unable to charge phones and when we got back it was complete darkness.

“Perfect stay for a group holiday!”
+We loved the location, the views and the fact that the apartment/balconies were spread across two storeys. We had a group of 6 stay at the apartment and there was so much space for us! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Elena and Piedad!

+The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The space was very large, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay really comfortable. One of the best things was the location - it is situated directly on the beach, so we had immediate access to the sea and beautiful views every day. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. We were more than satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

−La información del anuncio no se corresponde con la realidad. En ningún momento se indica que se trata de un dúplex con unas escaleras peligrosas, abiertas y sin barandilla de protección. Además, el pasamanos de la pared no llega hasta los tres últimos peldaños, lo que supone un riesgo importante. También se anuncia como alojamiento con 2 baños, pero en realidad solo hay un baño completo con ducha, situado en la planta superior. En la planta baja únicamente hay un aseo muy pequeño, sin bidé. Viajábamos con una persona con movilidad reducida, que no pudo ducharse durante los 3 días de estancia debido a esta distribución no indicada en el anuncio. El menaje de cocina también resulta escaso para una capacidad de 8 personas. Además, en la cocina no había ni sal ni azúcar, algo básico que suele encontrarse en cualquier apartamento turístico. Para la limpieza únicamente dejaron un estropajo, una bayeta amarilla de fibra y apenas unos 10 ml de lavavajillas. Los muebles de la cocina están viejos y algunos incluso carecen de puerta. También las puertas correderas de los armarios funcionan mal y apenas corren correctamente. Exigen una fianza de 200 euros en efectivo, algo que tampoco resulta
