“Nice stay close to the como city center”
+The location of the apartment was very good, the train station was just 10 mins asay by walk, even there was a bus stop was very near the apartment. The check-in and check out were straightforward. The owner was kind enough to arrange umbrellas for us as it was raining in Como during our visit, and she was available on WhatsApp, too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
−There are no cupboards in the room, though there are hangers available in the bedroom, which one has to climb few steps to reach and having a bedroom on top is not that convenient, definitely not suitable for longer stay. Kitchen towels were not available. However, it was not a deal breaker for me.

“Close to Como football stadium, lake and old town”
+The delicious jelly and wine Silvia kindly prepared for us were truly wonderful. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! The coffee she provided was also very tasty. The location is perfect, close to the old town and the lake, and if you’re planning to watch a Como football match, it’s just a 5 minute walk away, so I highly recommend it. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly cozy!
−Now, for a few drawbacks. First, the absence of a microwave was quite inconvenient. For families traveling with children who need to quickly heat up food, this can be a significant issue. We had to use the oven for 20 minutes just to warm up some leftover pizza, and unfortunately, there were no oven mitts provided. I ended up burning my hand while using a towel to handle a hot plate. The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows face an inner courtyard, but once the curtains are open, there is no privacy since people can see straight in from outside (although they are the residents in the same building... feeling uncomfortable) Lastly, there was loud construction noise coming from the neighboring unit early in the morning, which made it impossible to sleep. If construction is scheduled, guests should definitely be informed in advance. It was extremely noisy and there was dust everywhere.
