“Excellent location and nice accommodations!”
−The parking deck. You have to call to get in and call to get out. A bit inconvenient.

“Great place for a family visiting Jerusalem”

“Good location, fair value. Don't book if you dislike noise, construction dust.”
+The location is good. Unlike some of the other units in the building, there is no need to heat hot water 30+ minutes before using.
−The construction noise is NOT to be underestimated. On two sides there are massive construction projects, nearly touching the building. The other side has the light rail construction, so one can't win on noise. Many balconies will be hard to use: construction dust will keep layering daily. Vehicles cannot get close to the building because of the construction.

“Good location. The building is less than 10 years old. Watch for construction dust and noise.”
+Unlike some of the other units in the building, there is no need to heat hot water 30+ minutes before using. The location is good.
−The bookings are not flexible AT ALL. During the war all institutions, even hard to deal with rental car companies, have made at least some accommodations for stranded visitors - but not this place.
