+The property was great and very spacious. It has a nice garden with a tropical mood due to the palm trees and mediterranean house & pavement. The facilities were great, we had an outdoor grill, toaster, microwave, oven etc. The host also filled the refrigerator with some drinks! The pool was great, and we had such a good time together. We sunbathed on the beds with cushions and we swam in the (heated) pool. There was an outdoor shower with a lovely view. The house is located approximately 10 / 15 mins by Uber from the city center, which was great!
−There were 4 pool beds instead of 5 so we had to switch. The supermarket is a 15 min walk from the house which was longer than we had expected. The shower was cold sometimes (maybe because we showered shortly after each other), but the host was very nice about this problem.

+The pool was amazing and we used it every day! The villa was very well equipped. Mario was very helpful and quick to answer any of our questions.
−Unfortunately we had a bit of an issue with mosquitoes but guessing that’s the time of year. The works going on didn’t interfere with our stay and will be amazing when eventually finished! Will have to return to see!

“Fantastic place to relax after busy days”
+The property is very quiet and isolated from any noise. There was a construction down there but we almost did not hear anything. There are two houses, and there is anything you need in there including well equipped kitchen. The private pool is priceless. The host is super friendly and he helped us a lot during our stay. I can highly recommend this place to those seeking for a quiet place to relax.
−The property is far from supermarkets and big roads, you need to go quite far or to order food. Also we had problems with Uber not willing to pick us up. There are MANY mosquitos so it is almost impossible to just sunbathe by the pool or to eat/drink outside.

“This place would have been perfect if it was not for the construction on the beach and main bed”
−If the construction on the beach is finished next year then this will be a perfect place to stay with family and friends. The main bed was not very good, but everything else was excellent. Great host, which was very helpful and sorted out every administrative issues professionally.

+The pool, the outside space, the two properties; one for us and one for the kids. The place was great! We didn't mind the 'levelling up' work going on, when finished it'll be great!
−Uber drivers seemed reluctant to pick us up from the property.. However we are 5 peeps so we only wanted XL's.

“Beautiful Villa, enjoyed our 10days there. Shame about the building work taking place nearby.”
+The property was exactly as pictured and stated, lovely sea view and pool. The Villa had two separate blocks, One as the main villa with one bedroom and bathroom. The other building had the 2nd bedroom and bathroom, which was ideal for out party of 4 adults (2 couples). The Villa was kitted out well, with kitchen items, towels, etc... Its on the outskirts of Split.
−Unfortunately there was a big construction project happening up the road. This had a big impact on our stay, as the restaurants and beach close by were closed. We also had construction vehicles, noise and dust impacting on our stay as the main depot was the other side of the villa, meaning they had to keep passing the villa on a noisy gravely make do road. The worst bit was when they started digging the road up right outside the villa. Mario, was very apologetic and it was out of his control as this is part of a Government rejuvenation project on the area. There was another beach in the opposite direction, which also had a dog friendly beach. No facilities, but ok for a quick swim in the evenings.
