“Comfortable apartment”
+Good location about 20+ minutes walk to Riva. Nearby shops and eateries. Very nice and clean apartment. Washing machine is a big help. Nice wide balcony.
−Minor downside the view of the sea from the balcony was obstructed by other buildings.

+We had 2 weeks in the one bedroom apartment with a sea view on the top floor of the building which is mainly a residential area. The terrace was large with lovely furniture. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Good facilities in the kitchen. Good sized living room. Comfy bed. Great location. 25 minute walk to the Old Town in Split but also close to the sea. Various supermarkets nearby. Vedran the owner was efficient & always friendly & helpful. We were really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Split.
−The shower cubicle was quite small. Also the double bed was against the wall on the one side making it tricky getting in for one person. It wasn't a problem for us but as the apartment is on the top floor, there are stairs to climb which may be a problem for people with mobility issues.

“Great Stay in Split”
+Fantastic stay with my kids at Vedran's lovely holiday apartment. Close to the beach (5 mins) and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Split. Close to lots of cafes, shops and a lot of very good restaurants. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was available in our apartment including a small sun terrace where you could sit and relax early morning. Great communication with our host, and Vedran was very helpful, especially allowing us access to the apartment earlier than schedule on arrival day.

+Nicely furnished with a great rooftop terrace. Fabulous location within easy walking distance of beaches and town. good bars and resturants within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment. Spotlessly clean and host very helpful.
−Bathroom was very small, but didn't cause a problem.

“Beautiful, spotless and fully equipped apartment in a great location, with private parking”
+The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, except that the terrace is actually even bigger than it looks in the photos! We were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay, including bathroom towels and beach towels. Another great advantage is the private, free parking space. The nearest large SPAR supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the self-check-in was simple and hassle-free. Everything was perfect, and we would be very happy to stay here again!

+La terrasse est incroyable avec vue mer, assez confortable . Équipements à disposition linges, linges de plage, climatiseur, frigo, …
−La douche est petite et de l’eau vas partout quand on se douche. Les toilettes sont mal isolé on entend tout quand quelqu’un veut faire pipi. Lit double petit car chambre petite aussi.

+Die Lage und vorallem die Terrasse sind unser absolutes Highlight gewesen. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Strandabschnitte vom Apartment sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön.
