+The house has a very cozy, family-like atmosphere,it feels just like visiting your parents for a holiday. It is spacious and filled with light, featuring a large living room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a carport and a gazebo where you can enjoy tea in comfort, even when it’s raining. A beautiful stream flows nearby, and there is a walking path right next to the house; the path features a bench where it is lovely to sit and watch the sunset. The host is wonderful and came out to greet us upon our arrival. We were even offered a bicycle for rides around the area.

+Je komt hier tot rust tussen de weilanden en de dieren. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. En voor die prijs kan je met 6 personen in 1 huis slapen. Waar vind je dat nog? De hond sky, de poesjes, de paarden en de schapen op het land maken het tot een fijn verblijf. Een kwartier rijden naar station maarn en vanuit daar ben je zo in utrecht. Het huis zag er schoon en netjes uit. Buiten kon je lekker privé zitten en ze hadden drinken in de koelkast gezet. Heel lief! We zouden zeker weer terug komen!
−Alhoewel de badkamer klein is voor moderne huis begrippen, vonden wij het prima te doen. De wc apart is inderdaad praktischer, maar wij vroegen eerst aan elkaar of iemand nog even wilde plassen voor we gingen douchen. Met een handdoekje op de grond voor de deur valt het best mee met dat waterballet. Auto is wel een must, en anders lekker fietsen! In de zomer kan het boven erg warm zijn, maar elke kamer heeft een ventilator.

“Meravigliosa antica casa di campagna”
+La casa è molto grande, pulita e in una posizione fantastica, immersa nella natura, in una zona di splendide villette di campagna. La proprietaria vive in una villetta limitrofa ed è gentilissima. In casa c'è veramente tutto, forno, microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il salone, con la televisione, divani e poltrone in pelle e le enormi vetrate che si affacciano sulla natura circostante, sembra una cartolina. Il prezzo è molto competitivo per la zona. La cagnolina Sky è simpaticissima.
−Anche se, per certi versi, potrebbe essere considerato un punto di forza (ed in parte lo è) , l'appartamento e il suo arredamento è piuttosto antico. Si ha l'impressione di entrare in una vecchia casa di famiglia. Non mi sarei meravigliato di trovare una nonnina in salone intenta a lavorare a maglia. Diciamo che, soprattutto in alcune parti, sarebbe utile una leggera ristrutturazione ad esempio nel bagno. La scala per salire al piano di sopra (dove ci sono 2 stanze con in totale 4 letti singoli) è piuttosto ripida e, soprattutto in discesa, necessita di particolare attenzione. Ad ogni modo, eravamo in 4 e siamo rimasti 4 notti meravigliosamente. È doveroso sottolineare che, considerando i prezzi nei Paesi Bassi, la stessa casa ristrutturata sarebbe costata almeno il doppio!
