“部屋は快適”
+民泊の設備としては上々でした。洗濯その他も備え付けだったので、約一週間快適でした。系列ホテルでのチェックイン等は、程々な接客態度でしたが、会うのは最初と最後だけなので無問題

“Would not stay again. Recommend complete refurbishment.”
+Sheets appeared clean which was positive and shower functioned adequately.
−Bathroom had black mould and hundreds of tiny flies that no amount of squashing reduced the numbers appearing each day. Mould around the windows. Syringe left by window. Washer/drier ineffective and no instructions on how to use this particular model. Ironing board but no iron. No slippers. No mirror except in bathroom.

“A Great Home Base for a Trip to Tokyo”
+The beds were uncomfortable, although this is normal for westerners in Japanese beds. Bring a pillow or get a western-style if this is a dealbreaker. The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. The location is fantastic, very close to Hasunuma Station, the entrance is 15-20 feet from a 7-11 and there are plenty of restaurants and such around. Kamata Station is a short walk away, loaded with everything you need, and largely devoid of the loud, tourist-y nonsense you'll find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

“Very poor not price justified.”
+I liked nothing about this hotel. First of all there are 2,3 buildings having the same name hiroki and i mistakenly booked the wrong one in Kamata i wanted to book in Akihabara area.
−The location is bit far from station and also it was not within tokyo area. Tokyo metro is not accessible anywhere near building thus doesn't justify the price. So basically it was not in tokyo city secondly even far from the main station of that area itself. Secondly one leg of the sofa bed was broken. A completely disbalanced sofa bed. Which was supposed to be used as a bed. We stayed in Osaka prime area in the same price for 5 people and got 2 good rooms with proper bathroom and washroom. This we book for 3 people one room same price but not even that one room was up to the mark compared to which we stayed in Osaka. Lastly there was a window without any curtains so there is no way to block the lights once the sun rises ? I mean what the hell. It just disturb the sleep as you can't block outside day light in any way. This was the worst stay amongst all.
