“Apart from everything else the place is nice and quiet”
+The view was stunning
−We were traveling with elderly family members and were not informed that accessing the apartment would require climbing a significant number of steps, which made it quite difficult for them. Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing , the windows, cushions, and even the cleaning equipment (mop and broom) appeared dirty. We also accidentally left a pillow behind and notified the host immediately. Unfortunately, communication since then has been very poor. We have struggled to get confirmation so that a family member can collect it from their office, and our attempts to get a response or a call back have been unsuccessful. Overall, the lack of responsiveness has been very frustrating.

“The views from the apartment were unbeatable. Spacious, modern and great for sundowners.”
+The Views were spectacular and made the spend and overall stay worthwhile. The amount of road traffic is intense just in front of the apartment so noise a bit hectic (but closing the doors at night helps with that) Pick-up and drop-off for Ubers a bit of a challenge as most people on the road are so impatient and don't give way happily. The stairs (67 in total from the road to inside the apartment) are a mission to climb daily. The ones inside the apartment are really steep and short) these would be a problem for people with kids - also scary with no guard-rail at the outside landing with an entire flight of stairs exposed just below that!!! Eish, being tipsy and getting "home" in that state might not be a great idea... No lifts available as an alternative access. We had use of the garage which allowed us to let visiting friends park inside which was great albeit that it only fits a smallish car comfortably. The apartment is very spacious and modern, however the tiled floors need a decent scrub.....our feet were filthy just from walking around indoors barefoot for a few short minutes. −Clean the floors properly PLEASE, they need a good scrub!!! It would be really wise to get body-corporate to install a balustrade at the landing area downstairs, that area totally freaked me out....a serious accident waiting to happen!

+Good location to Greenpoint stadium. Magnificent view, really great!
−Locked about of apartment because keys given to us to not match the locks. Random car parked in lockable garage space (so had the keys for the garage) one night causing us to need to park in the road. Check out instructions emailed to us were for the wrong accommodation which had us chasing our tails.

−There's a lot of stairs to negotiate so not great for anyone with mobility issues, but no complaints about the property itself.

“Terrible, after have major heart surgery those stairs were a nightmare.”
+The apartment was clean, the facilities were adequate.
−1. Collecting the keys from lockbox is very impersonal. 2. The key to the front gate is of a bad standard, had difficulty in opening the front gate. Should be label up. 3. The stairs were very steep, and very dirty with a small amount of rubbish on them. 65 steps to get into our room with suitcases. 4. No garage for our vehicle, my vehicle was broken into on the Saturday night, losing some personal items. 5. Wi Fi did not work for the first 24 hours. 6. No person came round to speak to us or phone us. 7. Got an SMS telling me some one had tried to ring reference the cleaning services, got no message or call. 8. Very noisy location due to the main road. 9. Handing in the keys, the lockbox was not able to open it even with the number 7423 so left it hanging on the gate. Terrible security.
