−Parkingam ļoti neparocīga vieta. Ir 2 auto stāvvietas, bet, ja ir lielāka automašīna, noparkoties un pēc tam izbraukt ir problemātiskāk.

“Great appartment in Riga town”
+Clean and cozy appartment, had everything what is needed for a short staying in Riga. Location is good, approx 20-25 minutes from old town by foot. Private parking was also very good.

+Spacious apartment on a quiet street. Contactless key collection. Very rare in rented apartments, but we slept wonderfully on the sofa. Closed courtyard, secure parking. The Old Town is easily accessible by foot (25min).
−Shower. You really need to be careful not to get water everywhere.

“Perfect Easter hollidays”
+Nice, light flat in the center, close to oldtown (aprox. 15-20 minutes walking). Very clean and warm, nice terrace outside, calm neighborhood. You can park a car in the inner yard, that is a big plus. Perfect coctails just on the other side of the street. We had perfect Easter hollidays,thank you!!!

“Bright apartment in a peaceful area”
+Bright, peaceful apartment with lovely, big windows. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Secured parking. Spacious bathroom, good water pressure in the shower. Large fridge. The landlord answered quickly to our requests. Good price-quality ratio. Big television.
−When arriving the apartment was really cold! We would have hoped the landlord could have turn the radiators on. Cleanliness was not the best. There were no carpets, only a tiny one in front of the couch. Parking was behind the remote-controlled door. The street in front of the building is very busy especially during the rush hour when we arrived. We had difficulties to get in as there are electric buses running the street among other traffic. There was a bit of walking to the center of Riga. With dog there is only one park approx. half a kilometer away. We were two ladies and would have needed another pair of sheets as I slept on the couch. I asked for it in a text message but did not get one. Bathroom had no ventilation and remained damp. No hand basin in the toilet.

“2 days stay for 4 people”
+Quite a good place. Can walk anywhere
−Not very clean. There is a plant above the sofa that leaks water sometimes and there are stains on sofa already. Toilet door does not close properly and does not lock. Parking is super small and narrow if there is more then one car you can not turn around inside and must drive backwards.

+Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Bezproblemowe samodzielne zameldowanie. Malutki parking ale nie mieliśmy problemu z wyjazdem bo ruch na ulicy nie byl duży. Mieszkanie piękne i bardzo komfortowe. Bardzo dobry klimat starej kamienicy, ale nowocześnie urządzone. Wygodne łóżko, duża lodówka, ogromny telewizor. Fajna okolica - wokół miejsca z pysznym jedzeniem, blisko sklepy spożywcze.
−Na minus brak klimatyzacji, przez co nie mogliśmy zamknąć okien i hałas jaki robiły mewy nie pozwalał nam spać, rano obudziły nas też dźwięki remontów z okolicy.

“Priestranný apartmán v peknom tichom dome s parkingom.”
+Veľký apartmán v peknom dome v tichom vnútrobloku, s možnosťou zaparkovať bezpečne auto. V pešej dostupnosti do centra (asi 15min.). Pre nás bola veľkým benefitom práčka, keďže sme boli dlhšie na cestách.
−Ulica pôsobí trochu ošarpane. Keď sme prišli, vyzeralo, že pred nami tam dlhšie nikto nebol, pretože bolo tam dosť pavúkov a hmyzu. V kúpeľni bol otvorený sprchový kút, čiže po osprchovaní bola v celej kúpeľni voda. Taktiež bola v kúpeľni nad umývadlom (kúsok od sprchy) otvorená elektrika (trafo k svetlám?), čo asi nie je úplne bezpečné.

+Apartament po remoncie, dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Możliwość bezpłatnego pozostawienia auta na zamykanym podwórku. Idealny dla par lub rodzin 2+1. Lokalizacja trochę daleko od centrum ca 25min spacerem.
