“Pleasant, but detached.”

−At this price, 2 bottles of water in the fridge are a Must.not having them is a big error. The elevator not clean at all something that every time prepares you negatively.

“Amazing Acropolis view”
+The apartment is located in the vibrant Monastiraki area, and all the main points of interest are at walking distance. Simple and cozy, there’s everything you need for your stay.

+Very nice apartment, perfect located in Monasteraki, close to everything. Apartment: clean, cosy and with a stunning view over Akropolis. Very quiet apartment. The owner was very friendly and was easy to contact.

“Very good”
+The best thing about this apartment is a top location and stunning view! You can seat on a balcony and enjoy the view of the Acropolis. The place is very clean and have everything you might need during your stay. It’s a small cozy apartment for a couple or two friends.
−But the central location has it downside. You have to be ready that unfortunately there are homeless people in the area. One more thing is a noise. It is a very busy night club in the next building and you have to listen to the music till 2 AM. )) It is not a big problem if you’re not traveling with the kids. The host is quite nice and pays attention to your needs but I have to say that the luggage issue (there is no storage room in a building) could have been solved in a better way.

“good location - but not for light sleeper imo”
+Very good location if you feel like exploring the city. 2 min from the train station which brings you directly to/from airport. 10min by foot to acropolis. 1 min to restaurants etc. In the appt it’s much louder from outside than I imagined - if you are a light sleeper then this might be a huge challenge for you; from outside and from the neighbors (“paper walls”). The appt is 31qm which is small. The balcony is nice plus. It’s clean but not super clean (well you also don’t book a 5* hotel :)). It has inside everything you need. The air condition in the living room didn’t work when we stayed there (in the bedroom it worked). You mainly “communicate” with a bit from a smart app which has all the manuals / instructions. If you need the owner then he also writes back quickly.

“Disappointing.”
+The view of the Acropolis from the balcony, the comfortable bed and the modern furnishings.
−The process of finding out how to enter the property was very complicated. Instructions were via a YouTube video which is difficult if you’re travelling and don’t have constant access to WiFi. From Booking.com you are then directed to another booking site which was not user friendly. The lock box in the entrance containing the keys was very low to the ground. This made it very difficult to see the numbers when arriving in the dark. While the apartment itself was clean, The entrance to the building from the street was dark, dirty and littered with rubbish. Very unattractive.
