+a pleasant and nicely decorated place, clear information about check-in and amenities in the room, well-equipped, quick contact with the owner close to the center on foot, large parking lot just around the corner, nice cafe downstairs, plus a clothes dryer
−We were aware of the water pressure, but it was really difficult to take a shower. Our fitted sheet was definitely too small for the mattress and was very uncomfortable at night. We only stayed here for three nights, but we wouldn't have stayed longer. annoying noise from the street, the garbage truck arrived at 4:30 a.m. two days in a row, so the wake-up call was early, some accessories need replacing, like the hairdryer, which was scary to turn on the shower is so small that it's hard to take a shower, bending down in it is quite awkward

“Stay there only if it’s really cheap. Otherwise it’s a bad place.”
+It was cheap
−The shower was broken, the apartment was very noisy, not clean. The bed so uncomfortable. The sheets were smaller than the bed, every time you move the sheets did not fit the mattress. So much noise it was not possible to sleep. The showers broke down completely. Really bad facilities

+Ottima posizione, ambiente accogliente e pulito. Staff gentile e disponibile.
