“Comfortable apartment for two in a very good location.”
+A comfortable place on a quiet street just off a busy, entertaining street.
−Two suggestions, provide a throw or small blanket for the couch. The shower staff floor is incredibly slippery, provide a mat of some kind for use in the shower.

“Great location for restaurants and bar, but a few practical details could be improved.”
+the instructions to get the keys were clear and easy to follow
−The bathroom in the bedroom, with a sink and shower only, was great. However, it had no door, so privacy was only possible by locking the bedroom door. This was not ideal when staying with a mixed group, as it meant the other guests could not access their room until the bathroom was free. The separate toilet room was fine and had a tiny sink for washing hands, but there was nowhere to hang a hand towel. I was also surprised that there was no proper welcome breakfast set. There were only a couple of sugar sachets and two espresso pods for four people, which felt a little disappointing.

+Posizione. Spazi interni comodi. Facilità check in.

“Perfect place to stay in Vienna”
+Everything. I could stay here for a month and still be happy with the place. The shower is powerful, the bathroom spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a wasching machine, a microwave and an oven. The sofa and chair is comfortable, the decor is very nice. The bed wonderful and the airco works. But it's the little things that made me so happy: the contactless check-in was straightforward and easy. There's a "welcome package": two dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, a dish towel, cups for the coffee. Makes me feel welcome.
−I couldn't extend my stay with another day, that's the only thing that i wish i could change.
