“You want perfection? This is perfection.”
+That is just a perfect little wooden house! It has litterally everything you need and the view is breath taking!! Right on top of the whole town view with mountains!!! I could sit all day at the balcony just watch it! The location is ideal!!! Down you have the amasing gorgeaus vilaage and on top you have a full panoramic great restaurant! If there would be 10 stars possibility i would give out 10!

+Our family of four (two adults and two teens) loved our four night stay. It is a cosy little home with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy in the good weather. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft and we loved that even in wet weather we could enjoy the view from the windows. The view was stunning and we were sad to leave.

+Excellent location to explore nature around Mittenwald and the city itself. You can do everything around on foot, very comfortably. The house itself is a cozy authentic Bavarian cabin, including lots of details of old lifestyle, with small kitchennette and lovely sitting area with great view. Quiet, tranquil and has a comfortable patio with a garden. Parking for a car. The house has everything you need and more. Clean and nice, although a bit dusty as all old houses.
−There are storage spaces in the house, but all of them are filled with lots of different stuff. I felt we did not have enough space for the three of us and our luggage. The upper sleeping space above the kitchennette is crampy and stuffy, as well as not really easy to climb. It's not very ergonomic house, there are a lot of shelves borders, making it difficult to move around without hitting them.

“super, gerne wieder”
+gemütlich, abenteuerlicher Anstieg zum Bett, aber unten auch Schafcouch für Schwindlige. Bett oben sehr gemütlich, wenn man dann oben war.

“Immer wieder gerne!”
+Waren jetzt schon zum zweiten mal da, war wieder sehr schön. Die Lage war super, direkt an der Kranzbergbahn. Ins Dorf hinein, läuft man in ca. 15min. zu Fuß.Um das Schlafnest am Dachboden zu erreichen, geht es über eine Leiter. Kamin war super, Holz gibt es genug in der Scheune. Wenn es Probleme gibt, kann man sich gleich per WhatsApp melden. Ausstattung von der Küche war auch alles vorhanden. Eine sehr gemütliche Hütte für 2 Personen. Wer nicht oben schlafen möchte, kann sich im Wohnbereich die Schlafcoach ausziehen. Decken und Kissen sind reichlich vorhanden.
−Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, viele Spinnenweben, Gläser nicht richtig sauber, Kamin war noch mit Asche befüllt...ein bisschen mehr Salz zum streuen wäre super gewesen. ;-) Aber alles in allem, ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!
