+Our host was absolutely amazing! We learned so much about Sri Lanka’s history, Buddhism, and local culture. He recommended wonderful trips that we really enjoyed and gave us a private tour of his beautiful garden, introducing us to many exotic plants. 🌿 We highly recommend staying here, especially for a longer visit. Everything was simply fantastic! ❤️

“Not like in pictures. Poor maintenance.”
+A beautiful Sri Lankan village. Ok if you just want a room to stay, but nothing else. One room has a half open bathroom. But no hot water. No mirror. But all bad thing spoiled the stay. Offered food for extra cost. But we didn't order. Provided hot water.
−Lots to say. All outdated non maintained property. Nothing like pictures. We booked 3 rooms. Only one bathroom had a hot water shower. Water flow in that shower is very low. There was a snooker/pool table shown in booking.com pictures. When we asked to play, they said cues are broken. No single mirror in one room. When asked they said its broken on previous day. Then gave a small mirror to keep on a table. No tea or coffee making facilities. On request they provided hot water. Final few 100s of meters of road which leading to the property is extremely damages. Not suitable for a car or mini van. My vehicle tyre was damaged by a cut from a large removed stone in the road. Need a high clearance vehicle. Towels provided are very old. Not even suitable for a rug. Bathroom had a used piece of soap. Only that. I booked this property with lots of expectations after looking at the nice images and reviews 😀. In reality nothing close to that.

+The hosts are wonderful and make you feel right at home. It’s a beautiful, historic heritage property run by a lovely couple. The farm has tons of open green space filled with trees, colorful flowers, and fruit. You can really connect with nature here! We had vegetarian dinner and breakfast,both were delicious and came with great portion sizes. Value for money. Affordable stay.

−The location that was mentioned in booking.com was fully wrong and misleading. We have to struggle a lot to find the Right location. The accessing road is very narrow and unsafe. Almost unable to drive in dark. Since, we had plan to watch the Kandy perahara... we didnt even return to the hotel and left the place directly on the same date and only spent 3,4 house though we had earlier planned to stay a night. But we fully paid

+Location is very good for relax and reading. Early morning is good for birds watching Owner is very fluent in English and has wide knowledge on SriLanka tourism and very friendly. Worth for money.
−Road ( near to the location 100m) is not good for low ground clearance vehicles. Wash room shower is in under pressurer.
