“Fine to stay at a few days and cost would be alright if they actually polished their service”
+- Spacious. - Instructions to get there were decent. - Quiet apartment/neighbours. - Air Conditioning was great and you could adjust it by room.
−- Apartment lock was stiff and I had to force key in to use it, initially making me think I was in wrong place. - Dusty and dirty floors. - Kitchen was missing basic things such as paper towels and other items. - No extra bath towels, barely any extra toilet paper. - Jacuzzi did not work as it would hold water. - No tissue paper in the entire apartment. - Cost to service/product ratio was subpar.

−Only 1 shower was working, and we couldn't have a bath because none of the tubs had plugs, Was cockroaches in the kitchen counter. Beautiful place bad management and poor maintenance

“Has potential but poorly managed & maintained”
+The apartment is huge; the sofas are super comfy and the kitchen is very well-stocked. For those traveling with babies and small kids there is even a high chair and kids books and plastic plates / cutlery for them.
−Communication with management was hit or miss sometimes they didn’t reply at all, other times immediately. A big part of the reason we booked the place was for the pool and gym only to find out that the pool is open just 2 hours some days and 4 others and only Monday to Friday. That should have been disclosed. The gym I was told is an extra fee which also should be stated beforehand. Both bathrooms had leaks so water all over the floor and neither bathtub capped on its own; we had to get creative and put a dish over the drain to take baths which is a shame because they are really nice tubs. The showers too are fancy but only one actually worked. The blue lights were weird very strip club vibe and it was quite dark in the place very little natural light.

−Am avut câțiva ,,vizitatori,, nepoftiți la bucătărie. Am anunțat gazda, care sper că va lua măsurile necesare.

+Хорошее место , парковка подземная , вай фай , большая квартира .
−Кондиционеры не работали как надо включены на холод а идёт горячий воздух ... в квартире тараканы - пару раз с женой давили ... Холодильник ужасно вонял внутри после того как жена промыла 2 раза уксусом стало лучше ... Стиральная машинка внутри воняла .... Нету сеток на окнах комары сильно покусали ... Чайник не работал "купил новый самый дешёвый" кофе как то надо пить ... Подушки на которых спишь очень не удобные ... Душевые работают но только чтоб помыться остальные функции сломаны.... Джакузи/ванны работают но наполнить нельзя сломаны....
