“Difficult to find. Key box hidden and beside smelly bins.”
+Quiet . Bedrooms very nice. Slept well. Main room nicely laid out
−Too many stairs so would not book again Large moth in en-suite bedroom that appeared at night. Still there. Unfortunately the windows let the place down . Dirty inside and out . No instructions for t.v.

+Beds were clean and comfortable, was good having 2 bathrooms, kitchen well equipped.
−Not being able to use balcony or outdoor seating as everything covered in seagull poo, would have been nice if that and lounge windows had been cleaned. Only one two seater sofa for 4 people...a bit of a squeeze also found keysafe a bit tricky. Felt the decor needed a bit of TLC.

+This property was ideal and in great central location . Lovely comfortable modern decor , comfortable beds everything we needed .
−I wouldn’t say there were any negatives buts something to be aware of is 3 flights of stairs with no lift was tough for 2 83yrs .

+Excellent host, very communicative and friendly. Modern apartment well equipped.
−No lift, but no problem for us. The apartment is on the third floor so not good if people have mobility issues.

−Not enough seating in living room Couch could only comfortably seat 2 people! Balcony door appears to have dropped slightly making it awkward to open and close

+Location to Aberdeen centre. 2 bathrooms. Privat parking.
−The floors in the apartment where uneven and it felt like you where on a boat walking. The gas tank in one of the bedroom. One couch very thight for 3 persons. The information with "no guns", "no drug" picture creates an unnecessary insecurety. Missing a colander. The windows have to be closed in night due to none stopping seagull screams. 3 floor, no elevator.

“Ideally located for what we needed and very clean.”
+We were visiting our daughter at Uni in Aberdeen, so we just needed a base close to where she is staying. The property was perfect for this as it was only a five-minute drive to her accommodation. The property is lovely and clean, and for a short stay, we were really happy that things like hand wash and toilet rolls were provided. We didn't really use the kitchen other than for breakfast, but it was supplied with tea/coffee, milk, etc, which was very welcome on our arrival. All in all, it was a lovely apartment, well equipped and perfect for what we needed.
−The key collection arrangements. The lock box was very tricky to operate, both when we arrived and when we were leaving. On both occasions, we had to call the property managers to help sort things out. They were extremely responsive, though, which was a bonus.
