+I had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The location was especially great and definitely one of the highlights. Check-in was also very easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

+Great Attention to detail and well stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Great to have two ensuites and nice balcony. Owner went above and beyond to meet our needs really good clear communication when needed
−Currently having building works next door was quite noisy in the morning on Friday but didn’t effect our stay as was out for the day and they weren’t working over the weekend.

+We are very satisfied with the apartment, if I come back to Split I will definitely book the same apartment. It is very close to the sea and that is also very good. The apartment had everything a person could need during their vacation, I felt that the owner is very attentive and thinks about the vacationer. Many thanks to him. The apartment was amazingly clean which is very, very good. A very high recommendation from us.

+We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and equipped with plenty of amenities. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. +Newly decorated and fully equipped apartment making it great value for money and perfect for even families at a very convenient location.
−There is ongoing construction work right beside the apartment due to which we couldn't use the balcony as much as we wanted. But the sound proof doors and windows were really helpful.

“A luxurious apartment close to the beach and a short walk to Split center. Highly recomend.”
+The apartment was very nice. Clean, fresh and had everything you could expect. It had a private bathroom in both bedrooms.
−The garden around the apartment is a work in progress, but will probably be better later on.

+We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and full of style. The beds were fantastic, with super comfortable pillows and duvets. Every detail was well thought out , from the lighting to the placement of power outlets, everything was convenient and practical. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer , everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a sea view where you can even see the water conditions and waves. The air conditioning system works perfectly; we stayed in October, and although it was a bit chilly at first, the apartment warmed up quickly. It’s quiet , we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. The location is great: close to several beaches, about 15 minutes’ walk to the Old Town, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit Split. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay!
