“House near Pressbaum”
+*) The house is located at a remote peaceful area near Pressbaum. It is accessible by car only. *) We occupied the first floor of the house. There is an upper floor which is a separate appartement, and was not rented at the time we were there. *) For a short stay one has everything necessary to feel fine. *) The two bigger rooms offer comfortable beds and enough storage. *) The swing in the living room is a highlight.
−*) One rents an appartement, not exactly a house. *) The smallest room has two beds that are too close to each other - there is no space between them or next to them. Both beds are terribly uncomfortable and loud. *) The house is on a very steep hill and is accessible only by car. A walk with a stroller is rather difficult. *) We spent a month there and we had serious issues with the garbage since the garbage truck came one single time for the entire month and we had one small container outside the house. *) The yard is there but useless since there is no pool or playground for the kids. *) No mosquitoe protector on the balcony door and bathroom windows. We had tons of insects the second the light was on. *) The couch was hard and truly uncomfortable.

“Fijn verblijf in mooie en comfortabele vakantiewoning vlak bij Wenen”
+Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de gastheer, propere woning van alle comfort voorzien. Wenen was makkelijk bereikbaar door gebruik te maken van P&R in combinatie met metrokaart. Van de gastheer hebben we fijne tips gekregen naar restaurants en zwemgelegenheid in de omgeving. Hij heeft bij aankomst zelfs de eerste reservatie voor ons gemaakt.

+Priestranný, moderne zariadený dom s možnosťou tráviť čas na terase a v záhrade. Les bezprostredne na hranici pozemku.
−Dom sa nachádza v strmom teréne. Prechádzky s detským kočíkom event. na bicykli hodne náročné.

+Accogliente, attaccato al bosco, un bel laghetto vicino, aria fresca ed un bel silenzio. Molto comodo per andare a Vienna. Ci siamo trovati bene, il prezzo e soddisfacente. Struttura pulita e attrezzata per un soggiorno con la famiglia

+Nagyon szèp helyen van, a ház felszereltsège maximális, csak a ruhát kell vinni. Voltunk az erdőben sètálni, ami a hátsó kapun lehetsèges. Csodás kilátás, csend, madárcsicsergès, maradtunk volna mèg.

+Все було чудово, дійсно фотографії не відповідають тому чудовому будинку, в якому ми відпочивали, і могли би бути інакшими, тому що по ним важко уявити, як все виглядає насправді - гарна локація, ліс, тиша, будинок великий і обладнаний усім необхідним, все в гарному стані, челика територія для відпочинку на терассі, все охайно і затишно
