+Beds are super comfy! The living area is very practical. Having access to a washing machine is great.

“Great base, very comfortable, everything you need. Close to Bruges and Ghent plus Eeklo itself”
+Great location, close to train station, good shops a very short walk away, good kitchen, comfortable sofa and comfortable beds. The shower was roomy had good pressure and good clothes washing facilities. There was even washing pods and dishwasher tablets provided so good to go. It was easy to get everywhere from Eeklo and was a great base for day trips
−The stairs were very steep especially the second set of stairs and the handrail didn’t extend all the way to the top making it a little dangerous. I didn’t realise that the bathroom was on the bottom floor and bedrooms 2 floors up but it was actually fine we got used to it. I think these steep stairs may be normal in the area but something to consider if reduced mobility or drinking alcohol! I was glad we weren’t or may have slept on the sofa. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either but all facilities provided were more than adequate and comfortable

+We booked an apartment for a week and were satisfied. We did not see the owner personally, but talked on the phone. The house is quite comfortable. There is everything you need. The city and location are just wonderful.

+Excellent location, bakery downstairs, shopping mall next door, train station with direct connection to Gent few minutes walk. Ideal base to visit several places around like Brussels, Gent, Bruggy, Oostende, Antwerp, etc. all few minutes to less than an hour by car. Comfortable living, good internet connection, free parking on the street easy to find. Host polite and available. We would come back.
−It would be great to add some knifes, spoons and a toaster would be a plus. We liked the division of the accommodation over 3 floors, however the steep stairs may be limiting for some guests.

−only issue i see are the stairs - not suitable for older people, as the house is 3 floors - 1st floor is bathroom and toilet, 2nd floor is living room and kitchen and 3rd floor are the bedrooms

+Der Vermieter war unglaublich zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind bequem. Für eine Stadtwohnung ist es dennoch eine ruhige Lage und dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß beim Bahnhof/ZOB.
−Das Bad/WC befindet sich im Eingangsbereich und das Schlafzimmer 2 Stockwerke höher über steile Treppen. Wer nachts mal muss, hat einen langen Weg.

+La ubicación perfecta para visitar zonas de Bélgica como Gante, Brujas y Bruselas. Casa muy bien equipada. Muy bonita. El anfitrión súper atento y muy rápido contestando a lo que le decíamos
−Si tienes movilidad reducida hay que tener en cuenta que hay dos dos tramos de escaleras. Si no, te acostumbras.

+Die Wohnung ist Zentrumsnah.
−Die Treppen in der Wohnung sind Hühnerleitern. Vom Schlafzimmer zu den Toiletten immer zwei Treppen. Lebensgefährlich. Die Decke im Bad ist verschimmelt. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist verschmutzt und durchgesessen. In der Wohnküche stehen große Mülleimer. Die Parksituation ist schlecht.
