−I booked this accommodation and when I turned up I realised it wasn't the apartment I booked. I was told the accommodation I booked wasn't available. This type of behaviout isnt acceptable. In the end I had to cancel the booking and find a new apartment. I would've stayed in the apartment, but it smelt like 20years of smoking and the kitchen was to dirty to use.

“Extremely Disappointing Experience”
+Close to Bari central train station But The communication with the hosts was poor and exceptionally slow from the very beginning. Upon booking, we were provided with a WhatsApp number for any queries. Despite sending several messages and questions, we received no response. The day before our arrival, I requested the check-in instructions and was told they would be provided on the day of check-in. On the actual check-in day, we were suddenly asked to provide additional documents from a different no. As I was on a tour at the time, I could not immediately access and send these documents. We were then informed that the check-in instructions would only be released once the documents had been received. To make matters worse, another host informed us that there was a hydraulic problem at the apartment we had originally booked. While we understand that unforeseen maintenance issues can happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. We were offered an alternative studio apartment nearby Happy Bari, but it was significantly smaller than the accommodation we had booked and completely unsuitable for three adults. Furthermore, it lacked even basic utensils and amenities
−The confusion did not end there. We were given multiple contact numbers throughout the stay and were never quite sure who was responsible for assisting us. To add to the frustration, when we arrived at the temporary accommodation after a long day of travel and sightseeing, we discovered that the access code provided to us for the lock was incorrect. Instead of being able to rest, unpack, and settle in, we found ourselves once again trying to reach different hosts to resolve yet another issue. This was especially frustrating given that the accommodation was only intended for a 1-night stay. When we finally arrived at Happy Bari Place, the condition of the apartment was very disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the property, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. We found hair on the pillows and dirty linens, shared photographs of these issues with the host. Unfortunately, there was no response and no attempt to rectify the situation. Overall, the combination of poor communication, last-minute accommodation changes, incorrect access information, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate customer service made for a very stressful and unpleasant experience. −We couldnot come in, People gave no answer after calling, mailing and ringing the doorbell. After 18.00 hour we decided to take another b & b. We would like to have money we already payd back.

+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i kontakt z wynajmującym. Duży taras. Okolica cicha. Niedaleko do Bari centrale, do morza też 20 min spacerkiem. Winda, zamykane podwórko.
−Ponieważ byłyśmy na 5 nocy to mimo że był aneks kuchenny to naczynia od sasa do lasa - czyli jakieś pojedyncze kubki, nie doszorowane garnki, brak patelni mimo że piekarnik był. Na tarasie brakowało jakiegoś lezaczka a krzesła niby dwa ale jedno zdezelowane oparcie i popsuta moskitiera. A niestety okazało się że wieczorem gryzły nas komary.

“Bueno, podría mejorarse con poco”
+El lugar estaba bien ubicado. A unas 10 cuadras de la estación de trenes y bus e igual distancia al centro histórico. El barrio lleno de locales para consumir o comprar comida. El alojamiento tiene lavadora . Se agradece . El anfitrión responde rápido. También se agradece
−Escasos y algunos deteriorados elementos de cocina. Mobiliario también roto ( envío fotos) que quitan más que sumar. Con retirarlos se soluciona. Pero dan aspecto de falta de mantenimiento

+Wielkość apartamentu i wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Bardzo miła i czysta pościel. Expres do kawy.
−Zaczynając od początku. Klucze na innej ulicy niż apartament , nie można się udać od razu do mieszkania. Jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na 7 dni pobytu :-( . Brak mydła w dozowniku, pare saszetek z szamponem nie pokryje tego braku. Ogólnie papier toaletowy i mydło w płynie to podstawa. Apartement w miarę czysty ale zniszczony , woda wylewa się z pod prysznica nie ma czym zetrzeć. Nie działa czajnik.

+Było bardzo czyściutko, wygodnie oraz blisko do centrum.
−Ciężko się dostać do środka i instrukcja od właściciela jak się dostać była nie jasna na pierwszy rzut oka po głębszej analizie udało się zdobyć klucze.
