+The apartment was clean and spacious. We were at the back, so it was also quiet. No complaints about the room but BEWARE, read what I didn't like!!
−After we booked and paid in full, we were sent the usual emails that follow. What we didn't notice straight away was that in one email it stated that there was a laundry fee, which we found out was for bed linen and towels etc. This was extra! This was not clear to us when we booked and to find out later after we paid was rude. After finding out that it was 25 Euro per person (50 Euro for us) I sent numerous text messages to complain and even asked for a refund, but these requests were ignored. We had an option to bring our own, so we ended up buying some towels/bed linen before we arrived. I could not speak to anyone and text messages to me stopped. They did not reply to me and were silent. We have stayed in many self-contained apartments during our 4 months travelling through Europe and never encountered this extra cost! OWNER: This is false advertising. Your photos show towels and bed linen but you don't mention the added laundry fee when booking! Make this added cost clear when people are booking or add it onto the cost for accommodation. We were charged 130 Euro per night for a room that did not include the basics - towels, bathmat, hand towel and bed linen!!!

+Sehr gute Lage. Check in und out waren ok.
