10.0“Lovely cottage in beautiful village, easy street parking and good for Cotswolds and Oxford.”
+Clean cottage. Very quiet. No dust. Comfotable bed. Two toilets. Big kitchen. All electrodomestics and utensils and a pint of milk in fridge on arrival. Many useful extras, clingfilm etc. Local walking maps which we used (recommend the Cropredy walk) . Lovely village. Friendly neighbours. Well located. Near supermarket. Perfect if, like us, you were visiting the Cotswolds and Oxford, with added bonus of being 5 minutes from the beautiful Oxford Union canal.
−Nothing really. No garden, but I knew that before booking.

9.0“We felt very welcomed, comfortable and at home. The extreme heat was an issue but nbody's fault”
+The house was very well equiped, had everythingwe we needed and the hosts, Charlotte and Chris were extremely helpful and kind. The weather was very hot and they managed to get us a fan and to help with attempting to cool the upstairs area which was hot due to the extreme heatwave being experienced at the time. In all other respects the cottage exceeded our expectations, was fun and we had a lovely stay.
−Just how hot it was but only airconditioning would have eliminated that problem and we understand that can be difficult to install in such old propeerties. The hosts Chris and Charlotte did everything they could to assist in cooling the uptairs area and bedroom.

10.0“Lovely, did not disappoint!”
+Very cosy and comfortable in January - a great base for a course nearby!
−Don’t drive down the lane, after unloading next to the gate as you can’t turn round in the charming narrow lane - reverse out straight away.. it’s an old house, so takes a while to warm up in the early am - plan ahead.. What’s not to like otherwise, a perfect charming base! Wish I was there in the spring/ summer on holiday with more daylight!!

10.0“Lovely place to get away from it all”
+Lovely characterful old cottage. Had everything you needed- washing machine, dishwasher etc. The hosts even left tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. Very quiet area in an attractive village with beautiful views nearby on country pathways. Banbury not far away also worth a visit
−Wi fi signal not the best but not a serious problem!

6.0“Pleasant”
+Keys were in a lock box with the number being provided on the location information prior to arrival.
−The toilet seats were very old and loose in both bathrooms. Might be a nice touch to replace them with plastic or painted resin as these "look" a lot cleaner and more hygienic. At the very least, make sure they're not loose. The overall decoration of the cottage was very old fashion and mis-matched. (Seemed to be a dumping ground of furniture, or a place to store furniture that the owners didn't know what to do with), but on this topic, the pictures matched the cottage so it is as advertised. (Might be something to consider for improvement;-))

9.0“Forget the negative points , this did not affect our Lovely Stay - would definitely consider return”
+Beautiful Cottage in a Beautiful Village - which you need to explore - 3 Pubs within walking distance ( The Bell only 50 yards away ) - Lovely Bed , Kitchen and Lounge with Juliet balcony. - Great Stay
−Pity there was not access to the large courtyard for sitting outside. Skylights need to be cleaned , particularly over the bed. The electricity tripped leaving us in darkness one evening when we put the Dishwasher on.
