“Disappointment”
+The area and location were great
−The bathroom had mould and was damp with ventilation system not working. No instructions left for facilities. Fire alarm activated twice for fault within other premises forcing evacuation of the building at 1am and 6am. Originally booked for 2 adults and 1 child however was changed last minute to just 2 adults. If child had came there would have been no room as the room provided was small and not that of the images provided when booking.

“Excellent”
+Hampton Point, or more accurately, Hampton Towers is a 5 star Premier Inn. The property is secure and safe. The welcome was personable and hospitable. The location is also excellent, right at the heart of Enfield Town shopping complex. Great place all round.
−All that worked were more important to focus on, not what didn't work.

+The property was clean, the balcony was a nice feature + close to two train stations.
−We couldn’t get the hot water in the shower

“Great apartment in a central location”
+The lady who met us with the keys was really helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and well furnished for two people staying for a short break. Close to shops and Enfield Town rail station. Quiet area.
−1 extra towel each would have been ideal. Not a deal breaker, otherwise everything was great :)

+The property is well- maintained, featuring a large, open floor plan, modern fixtures, and ample natural light. It was very spacious, offering 1 bedroom, a sizable living area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Conveniently located, it provided easy access to nearby shops, a variety of public transportation options including bus stops and train stations, and the M25 motorway, enabling quick travel across the region. The lady I met was also very accommodating and welcomed me warmly

“Great stay, brilliant location”
+Great location, very well equipped. Iron, ironing board, hangers… Even had a hair dryer though it wasn’t listed on the offer. Extra towels were a plus too. Very bright place, lots of sunshine in the morning. Private, secure parking, shops and coffee shops practically at your doorstep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
−The whole building including the flat had a specific smell when coming in. Perhaps that’s why all windows were open. The smell went away after a while though. The crockery/glasses looked like the dishwasher could do with some salt. The building is also very confusing, I didn’t manage to find the way to the front door, so always accessed through the side door or parking

“Apart from the sofa bed excellent.”
+Not applicable
−I used the sofa bed, but unlike my previous stays in the property, the new sofa bed was uncomfortable.
