“My stay was very hassle free, a real home away from home. I felt safe in this neighborhood.”
+The area, it was easy to find. I liked that the walk was shovelled, we hit a bad snow storm that weekend. I liked how clean it was and how quiet the upstairs was.
−I found it to be a little on the cold side in the living room. I was grateful for the blankets that were draped over the couch. They were nice to have and so handy in the moment.

+The beds were comfortable.
−It was hard to regulate the heat as the beds were tight against the wall heaters. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The inside of the shower curtain had what looked like dried conditioner all over it, there were small curly hairs in bathtub, long hairs as well. The bath mat was dirty and had tons of hair on it and under it. There were hairs in and around the bathroom sink. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, lots of food drippings. The dish rack had pasta or ramen noodles in it that stunk. We could hear running around and jumping through the ceiling late at night and very early in the morning. The living room rug and couch were dirty. There were several areas on the couch that also had dried snot.

“Like home”
+Clean, attractive. Could cook. Had fill size kitchen and appliances. Huge tv, but could not find Saskatoon tv stations. Included coffee, tea, shampoo, etc. Mattresses were excellent.
−A big factor was lack of sound proofing from main floor and children talking and running early morning. Could hear adults talking distinctly. Kitchen must be over bedrooms. I prefer black out window coverings. I am sensitive to light if I am sleeping. Need more table knives. Maybe a set of steak knives. Leave extra garbage bags for kitchen. Include plastic wrap, small plastic bags for food. Add night light in hallway. Fan doesn't work in bathroom. Shower wand is very hard to reach. No bath mat for tub. Bath rug was very dirty. Should be washed between clients. Motion detector light has to be turned on inside to be used. Leave set of instructions to use tv, outside light, check out time, wifi, contact number, etc in a welcome letter.

−Lots of noise coming from upstairs. Seems like someone was running and jumping for hours when we got there. We were so tired and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The noise didn’t stop until around 10-11 PM.
