+The hot tub is an excellent addition. Lots of facilities in the kitchen to be able to cook meals. Comfy sofas and very quiet.
−The hot tub is a little far from the main house, so going in there on my own at night was a bit scary but the actual hot tub and room it’s in are very good.

“Room for improvement”
+Thank you for allowing us an early check-in and late check-out. We really appreciated the flexibility.
−I just wanted to give you some honest and constructive feedback about our stay. The house itself is modern, spacious, and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, we felt that the cleanliness and overall hygiene weren’t quite up to scratch, which was disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed quite large blobs of dust in two of the bedrooms, particularly noticeable on the flooring. One bedroom had carpet, while the 2 bedrooms had flooring. There was also visible dust on the kitchen lighting, the bathroom vent, and in the front room, as well as cobwebs around the property. The sofas were quite low, which made them a little uncomfortable, and the TV was mounted quite high, making it difficult to watch comfortably from the sofas. There were also white marks all over the sofas, so they looked as though they could do with a thorough clean. The cushions provided on the sofas had a strong and unpleasant smell, which unfortunately meant we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The mop left in the hot tub area also had a very unpleasant odour and was noticeably rusty/discoloured. +Very clean, modern, fully equipped, inside hot tub and comfortable bed. It was a very quiet area so lovely and relaxing. Short walk to the high street with lovely pubs and people. Would definitely stay again.

+The owners had thought of what makes a stay more comfortable, home from home with things one would need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a good size in a great room that made our stay the chill weekend we hoped for.

“Great stay”
+Great location for exploring the area with Stokesley High Street a 10 minute walk away. Other reviewers have commented on the property being small but this didn’t bother us (4 adults) as we were out most of the time. Loved the hot tub to relax in on an evening. Great communication with Emily, hope to visit again.
