“Terrible”
+Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing positive about our experience at this property. The location was terrible, the accommodation was filthy, and the overall condition was completely unacceptable. We were so disappointed that we couldn’t bring ourselves to stay there and had to find alternative accommodation.
−Absolutely disgusting accommodation. Avoid booking this property at all costs. This was genuinely one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. Upon arrival, we were absolutely horrified by the condition of the apartment. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, the couch had cigarette burn holes in it, the toilet was filthy, and even the pots and pans provided in the kitchen were dirty. To make matters worse, the shower was broken. The property was clearly not maintained or cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. The location was also terrible, making the entire experience even more disappointing. The accommodation was so unpleasant and unhygienic that we refused to stay there. We had no choice but to leave and find another hotel at our own expense, despite having already paid for this booking. What makes this experience even more infuriating is that we provided photographic evidence of the unacceptable conditions and still never received a refund. We ended up losing our money simply because we weren’t willing to stay somewhere so dirty and poorly maintained. It is complete

+The property was cleaned before we entered the house. Sometimes the owner of the flat was responsive to our request regarding things that were lacking in the house for example they brought extra chair and they bought tea pot set so that we make tea at home.
−The cooking utensils were in terrible condition they were all scratched and old.They were not good To cook food and not enough. One of the bed was broken in the big bedroom, we notified the owner but they did not fixed it. Location of the flat is not good, it’s located in the very busy street , the air is very dirty over there as there are millions of cars passing from those narrow streets. Besides the area is not good to walk as it’s polluted and loud.I recomemnd to stay close to taxim square or other locations like Uskudar or Beşiktaş.

+The apartment was in a fairly new building, spacious and warm, with large bedrooms. The location was quite good, and there were no issues with checking into the apartment.
−There were not enough mugs or other kitchen essentials that are useful when hosting guests. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, which makes taking a shower quite inconvenient, especially if you’re arriving from far away. Unfortunately, the apartment requires a thorough cleaning, as I didn’t find any place that could be described as truly clean.

+Je n'ai rien aimé, l'appartement à l'air beau , mais.il n'est pas entretenu, j'ai payer 4 nuit que j'ai pas utiliser, j'ai dû remballer le même jour avec mes enfants à cause de la poussière...
−Propriétaire me demande de sortir de l'appartement avec mes enfants et l'affaire pour qu'il fasse le ménage sachant qu'on à déjà payer et tout... Aucun remboursement n'est fait en plus ....

−Došli smo i sve smo sami morali kupiti. Nije bilo niceg za pranje posuđa, morali smo sami kupovati deterđent za pranje rublja, spužve za pranje posuđa, šečer, sol... prozori su bili dosta prljavi kao i ogledalo u kupaonici, čaše isto tako... navecer nismo imali 2,3 dana tople vode za otusirati se. Apartman je lijepo uređen, ali sve si moraš sam kupiti. Nema ničega u apartmanu. Smatram da u apartmanu trebaju biti osnovne stvari barem za pranje odjeće i posuđa.

+Отдыхали в этих апартаментах с семьёй. Очень удобное расположение: до Галаты ходили пешком, рядом есть магазины с продуктами и уличная еда. В апартаментах было чисто. Начитавшись отзывов, взяла с собой таблетки для посудомоечной машины , пригодились. Туалетная бумага и жидкое мыло были. В целом всё необходимое в квартире есть, хотя немного не хватало посуды, но это не критично. Заселение прошло быстро. Нам всё очень понравилось, спасибо большое!
