9.0“Cosy cottage, everything you’d need for self catering stay.”
+Central location. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy. Great shower although cubicle could do with updating.
−Main road was a bit noisy but that can’t be helped!

3.0+Handy for town.
−Shower unusable due black mold and rust . We had to leave after 2 nights instead of 3 as booked. The cooker was filthy and full of grease. I had to antibac the bannister as was sticky and grimy.

8.0“In general a good experience, handy for town and lots of nearby attractions”
+Convenient for town with parking for 2 cars. Spacious upstairs bedrooms.
−The property is extremely close to the main road which is ok but the door only locks with a turnkey on the inside. As we had special needs children with us who could very easily open the door we had to be super vigilant about safety. A chain or bolt higher up the door would have been a very welcome safe guard. The property has a few quirks but nothing major. Automatic lighting on the landing stays on for ages!! Only 2 teaspoons 🤷♀️no baking trays( for pizza etc) but loads of crockery and glasses.

6.0“Location great. Cottage not so.”
+Location
−The cottage smells of must/ damp. The window blinds are really dusty. Only one bathroom for 6 people. No bin bag, no scourer, no dishwasher tablet was left for us. I had to purchase. The cost of the two nights was overpriced for the reasons stated.

7.0+Location to the centre of Llangollen and parking for 2 cars.
−Couches a bit uncomfortable, the shower runs cold if the tap downstairs is turned on.

8.0“Decent stay, great location for the weekend”
+The location was perfect being just a 10 minute walk from the town. It was warm and cosy, the tv was big enough and the WiFi was good. Had all the basics for a couple of nights stay. We were out 8am-10pm both days so it was fine for us. Parking right next to the cottage was handy and great that the Aldi is opposite. All in all a decent enough place to stay for a weekend, just needs a few things fixing.
−Not supplying toilet paper is an interesting choice! I’ve never stayed anywhere where this really basic necessity wasn’t provided. Luckily enough I’d read some reviews so we brought our own. The traffic noise didn’t bother me but one of my friends said it kept her awake as the property is right on a busy road. Shower door didn’t close all the way so the bathroom floor got wet every time it was used. The mattresses were very thin so not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. Coming out of the parking space was a little bit nerve wracking as you can’t see around the big stone wall and cars do travel very quickly on that road.

7.0+Good value for money, comfortable, well located. We didn't find the noise of the road to be a problem.
−The kitchen is very basically stocked and missing some simple items that would make self catering better.
