+Great location, comfortable flat.
−They don’t offer luggage storage, so they should provide clear instructions where is the closest one and how to access/ entry point/ payment type/ operational hours. In a stormy day it was quite difficult for us to find where to store our luggages for few hours, keep in mind that some of the storages accept cash only and operating only till 4pm. H2H provided us with all sorts of information such as car rental etc, but it seems that they are not interested to address the luggage storage issue! It sounds like a small problem but we left with negative impressions

+Great size and location of apartment. Check in worked well.
−Elevator smells terrible. Often forced us to take the stairs. The fabric lining of the elevator makes it smell awful constantly

−I'm sure I could've asked the host but I wasn't able to figure out how to get hot water in the shower and had to shower with cold water only.

“Great location and very clean”
+Location was spot on, close to the Main Street but far away enough from noise and very secure
−mattress too soft and pillows too hard (Personal opinion only) Bathroom towels too thin and definitely too small for my 5ft 8 friend Only plastic mugs to drink warm drinks from

+Location was excellent and it was quiet. Bed was comfortable (on the softer side). Shower worked well however was a very small room.
−It was not particularly clean and furnishings were very dated and could do with fixing up. Room size and getting around difficult for my 6’4” husband. Knocked his head and awkward getting into and out of the bathroom.

+We stayed in an apartment with tatami mats which was very spacious and comfortable. The unit also has 2 hepa filters which was great for us. It was quiet and very centrally located.
−The only issue that we had with the place was the limited items in the kitchen that made preparing meals at the apartment a bit difficult. Fortunately, there was a large fridge, rice cooker, kettle, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and limited utensils. However, the limited utensils were really limited. There was no knife beyond a butter knife, nor a cutting board, the number of pots was extremely limited and other basic kitchen tools (strainer, grater, measuring cups/spoons etc.) were missing.

“Belle expérience !”
+Séjour atypique avec tout le confort nécessaire. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. A bonne distance des quartiers animés et des entrées de stations de métros ( entre 5 à 10 min à pieds suivant la station de métro). Ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer apres une journée ou une demie journée de visite afin de retrouver de l'énergie pour découvrir la vie sur le temps soirée à Osaka. Indications pour le check-in très utile, pratique et facile. C'est un bon compromis si vous voulez rester proche des quartiers animés en étant dans un lieu calme.
−La propreté était correcte. Il y avait le nécessaire pour faire le ménage durant le séjour (aspirateur, éponges...) Le seul bémol était au niveau du couchage avec quelques traces d'humidité sous les futons et sur le tatami. Une petite notice expliquant comment entretenir le tatami et le futon serait la bienvenue. Par exemple, préciser qu'il est conseillé d'aérer la chambre, de laisser respirer le tatami et d'aérer le futon chaque matin afin qu'il sèche après l'humidité accumulée pendant la nuit. Cela permettrait sans doute d'éviter les taches d'humidité que l'on peut déjà constater.
