+The facilities and location of the property were excellent! We had plenty of space and were able to cook, do laundry etc at our convenience.
−My only small criticism would be that the bed wasn’t overly comfortable.

“Small victorian apartment in a very good location”
+Very good location. Clear instructions for check in. Nice and clean. Responsive owners.
−It was very cold when we arrived but managed to warm up the apartment within a couple of hours with the help of the extra electric radiator. High ceilings and big gaps between floorboards. I must add the weather was also very cold outside. Bed and sofa not too comfortable unfortunately.

“Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood”
+Nice apartment in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to center, shopping, restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from pans and plates to washing machine. Wifi works well, hot water was great, good full-sized fridge. Electric heaters work well.
−The "hospitality" aspect could be improved. Communication the day before check-in would be great to confirm that everything is in order for the arrival (I've had issues with private hosts that overbooked/forgot my booking and I found out when i reached out, after landing - so I don't like to be the one asking for details before check-in). More details on where things are (ex the linen for the sofa, that I explicitly asked for, were stored on top of the wardrobe...). Some complementary tea bags would be a nice touch on arrival; it's England after all. Maybe a UK socket adapter. Etc. To sum it up, the flat is fine, but a bit more care towards the guest's needs would go a long way.
