“Great base for exploring Porto”
+Great location for exploring the city, very comfy and quiet.
−WiFi wasn't working while we were there as they'd switched to a new hot spot device but it didn't affect out stay and we didn't chase up with the hosts as we weren't concerned by it.

“Great apartment for a family with kids!”
+The location was great, very central. The property was well cared, clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Is was perfect for our family of four!
−There was a bath towel missing but I had a backup so didn't even mention this to the owner, otherwise I am sure they would make sure I'd get one.

−We stayed for a week and it would have been great to have a few more amenities such as coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, a clean sponge - just some basics.

“Clean, spacious apartment in a great location.”
+Bed was comfortable with quality sheets. The apartment can be flooded with light, or you could draw the shades. Plenty of towels and an adequate started pack; pictures accurately reflect the apartment. Nice to have an elevator. There are restaurants nearby. Other reviewers mentioned that you couldn't get a second set of keys -- you can, it just costs a few euros. Stayed 11 nights and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, though the second bathroom is within the primary bedroom and only has an opaque wall between the bedroom and the bath; could be a privacy issue for some.
−The lockbox was easy to use but the instructions for the lockbox were buried at the end of the email; would have saved some frustration if it was the first item mentioned rather than the last. The only addition I would recommend is a drying rack and some proper wine glasses. I would recommend adding some information in the welcome book about location of a market or grocery.

“Piso amplio, cómodo y céntrico”
+El piso es muy amplio y tiene de todo, y 2 cuartos de baño. Se está muy bien, además está muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver.
−La habitación principal es muy ruidosa, tráfico, se oía gente dando voces de madrugada. La wifi no tenía cable. La televisión no es Smart TV y solo se podían ver los 7 canales de la televisión pública portuguesa.

+Lokacija je izvrsna, svugdje se može pješice, a u blizini je i metro. Apartman je prostran i dobro opremljen, ima sve što ti je potrebno. Veliki plus su dve kupaonice
−Imali smo malih problema s internetom na početku, kao i s AI agentom preko kojeg smo pokušali riješiti problem, ali nakon toga je sve bilo ok. Higijena upitna, naročito u wc-u unutar velike sobe, a treba dodati i kako su plahte bile prekrivene mrljicama koje se očigledno ne daju oprati.
