+Spacious room, plenty of storage. Great online access to get in and out of the building.
−Unable to check before 3pm, no communication until 3pm. The online form was painful to pay £6.43 tourist tax. Online link to get into the building and room stopped at 9.59am. if you had forgotten anything you were unable to retrieve it

+No es una cama, es un sofá cama con un colchón cóncavo. Bastante mejorable. La mampara de la ducha defectuosa.

“Appalling experience, poor service and communication, ruined our trip to Turin.”
−The property was not as described, no actual beds, just a old and unstable sofa bed and a foldout camp bed from 1980's , listed separate bedroom and there was only one room and a bathroom. Lockbox, was a hunt to find, fastened to a grill, half way down the street, luckily it was daytime when we arrived otherwise we wouldn't have found it. Communication was extremely poor throughout, raised complaint on arrival with booking.com who were a joke to deal with, responses and time of response from property management was incredibly poor, sometimes over 24hrs, booking.com did nothing to help and after sending a message to conflict resolution never got a response. I would avoid, and will not use booking.com again. Asked for alternative accommodation with a standard bed for me and my son, no attempt to resolve or offer solution, didn't attempt to call me and no one answered the number listed, no interest in offering any part or full refund. The customer service level from all was none existent and I expected better from booking.com to help resolve. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation and didn't return to the property. The trip was for my sons birthday and it negatively im

+Great location, flat was quite spacious
−You had to take out the garbage or you would be fined. It's the only place that we stayed in that had this kind of rule. There was also a fine for leaving dirty dishes. Vacation should be for relaxing and not worrying that you would be fined for leaving a dirty cup. The third, single bed was very small. I'm a short person (164cm) but it still wasn't long enough for me, so it definitely wouldn't be suitable for a tall person. Bathroom was quite run-down.
