“Don’t recommend”
+Fairly decent location to central Parma
−The house was not clean, most of the broken items mentioned by previous renters have not been fixed. Dirty windows. Sofa bed in the lounge is not usable, broken toilet seat downstairs, alongside the kitchen roll/toilet paper as a curtain. Cupboard in kitchen missing a door. Also terrible shouting at 10/11pm from next door one night, sounded like a major domestic fight - woke my kids up and was so bad/extreme, they were crying.

Dus dat is even behelpen.
